Help with setting up graphics for Twisted Metal 2

I decided to find out the answer here because no one else can help me. I need to change the screen resolution from 800x600 to mine. But the problem is that you can do it through dgVoodoo 2. I do not remember how I did it before, but I did it, I set the graphics, screen resolution, etc. But then I had to reinstall Windows 10.
And now I did the same thing - put the files dgVoodoo 2 in the folder with the game set up graphics, but when I go into the game does not change anything. I have tried other versions of emulators: Nglide, Glide Wrapper, etc. does Not help anything. How did you set up the schedule and what would you advise?

I would advise reformatting your post.

I'm having this same issue but with Jet Moto and nGlide. Some reason windows 10 won't fill the screen and the screen scaling features in the compatibility menu I am not familiar with.
