The mortal kombat issues were actually wide spread but only common to a certain model. Mainly the slim in the uncharted bundle ( My uncharted 4 is still sealed and gathering dust.)

All I know to fix it is either send my ps4 in and pay like 120 dollars or buy a new ps4. Ill just miss out on MKX.
