In 2017, Eat Sleep Play is privately operated again focusing on new projects and also engaged in art and asset outsourcing.

A new zombie game would be so fitting.

Hmm, the passage doesnít have any references and with a quick Google search, I see no news about ESP. Also, the user who edited the page only has one edit to their name. Itíd be cool if itís true, but it could also just be a rogue edit to the Wikipedia page.

Odd as it may be, this looks true.  Scott Campbell recently updated his LinkedIn to once again show himself as President of ESP. It used to show it ending in 2016 when he was bought out.

I wouldn't trust Wikipedia a whole lot:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twisted_Metal#Spin-off_games

But ESP returning doesn't seem unreal.

Yeah, but a guy's LinkedIn is pretty solid.

You're right. I hope that this ends up in something great then. It's just discouraging that ESP is a really good studio but lately they've only developed for mobiles, I guess those are good games for what they are but I don't care for that. I just can't avoid getting hyped when news of the studio come out, but kinda knowing I'll probably get dissapointed.

I think Jaffee's behavior really damaged the studio, and I like the guy but it's not a good image when your most well-known man goes out like that. And he's not really helping himself with his late developments.
