To anyone that downloaded TMB on PSN for PS3 have you experience any slow downs? I have been getting moments where the framerate slows down making my weapons come out slower and what's even worst is that the enemies have a advantage during this. I brought this so I can record in HD quality but this lag got me killed in the beginning of the Prison stage. I want to know how do people record PS2 games in HD quality? I want to go back to using my PS2 for TMB videos.

Edit: Unfortunately it didn't work. I'm just gonna have to deal with it. When it happens you can see your weapons and the number of ammo becomes more pixelated. The game is still playable and I only need the PSN version for videos.

That is a unique problem, but almost nobody plays the European/PAL version of Twisted Metal Black to begin with, let alone the downloadable version for PS3.

Check your PS3 game controller though first. It could be that. Sometimes damage to a controller will cause buttons to be seemingly pressed on their own, which then jam other buttons from being used. So if your controller were damaged in such a way it could explain your problem. 

If it's not that then I don't know, maybe re-download the game if you haven't already tried. I wouldn't think it was due to the PS2 emulation on PS3 though, but I guess it could be. The original PS3 models with the emotion engine chip had okay backwards compatibility but then Sony got cheap and ditched the chip and the idea of PS3 models that would play PS2 discs. PS3s emulation of downloadable PS2 games could have been better. I'd recommend the PS4 up-rendered version of Twisted Metal Black (w/ trophy, share-play support) if you have a PS4 if you can't the PS3 version working right.
