Public Service Announcement - Hardware: Rivals is officially out on PSN, and FREE for PS Plus users.
What is Hardware: Rivals?
It's a new online multiplayer car combat game where you're either a tank or a fast attack vehicle in arenas with missiles, bombs, etc. Game has team modes too.
Sound kind of familiar?
If you like TM or Vigilante 8 you should at least give it a try if you have PS+  since there aren't many online car combat games being made anymore, and I found the beta for this game pretty fun.

There is a Europe only release of it on the PS2, which from what I've seen on youtube/google... looked good. Maybe this one on the PS4 is better.

I had fun for the few moments I played. I didn't get super deep into it though because it wasn't my ps4.

The game is free (and also the headline title) for PS Plus subscribers this month. This was almost the game that made me get a PS4 last year, but I was hesitant since it seems like a hybrid of vehicle and tank combat. It doesn't seem too slow paced, though. I might finally pick up my PS4 soon since if there's any time to give the game a shot, it's now while the servers are most active and the learning curve isn't the difficult with all the new players.
