Twisted Metal 2 PC balance

   Hello everybody! I have a questions for mostly old players of tm2pc online. What do you think about balance in tm2? What do you think will be nice to change? After many many hours of playing it with my friends we saw flaws in balance so we start thinking about change something.  But we are not the only 1 who play it (i hope so ;_;), so it will be nice to hear  opinion of different players.

  Here some "ideas" about cars and bit other stuff what we (not all) think its will be good to do :

1. shield - Main reason what we not use him its very long lifetime. Maybe make it 0.5-1 second to just block 1 attack, or safely use teleports.

2. medkit- Games with them longer and boring.. just remove. Actually we did it already and set turbos and remotes instead. What you think about this?

3. rockets - Homing and Fire.. actually its real bug i think. Homing much stronger than fire, faster and have better aim. And because its do more damage its have chance to knock you from your route (i hope you understand all this shit what i write Cheesy ). In other hand Fire is do a very low damage with bad aim. Soooo....  maybe swap their firepower? hmm?

4. cars - Most arguable point. Here some thoughts about every car (2x2 and 3x3 mostly):

hammer - Crazy handling but its cool. Main problem its low HP (same as roadkill/thumper etc.) so increase amount of HP maybe will help this car.  And maybe make a infinite special (like axel)?

grasshopper - Very cool car if you have specials. If you don't its a piece of shit. What if decrease time of special reload ?

outlaw - it's ok.

grimm -  it's ok.

warthog -  it's ok.

spectre - in 2x2 and more not so OP as in 1x1, but maybe reduce special rocket lifetime and/or add more random shifts on her path.

thumper -  it's ok.

roadkill -  it's ok.

twister - special + mines = instakill without any troubles (fast and cheap). On top of that godlike speed (he can outrun the homing) and instant special reload. Only countered by thumper and sometimes rico's. We thinking about reducing special work time or increase reload timer;

axel - its like hammerhead with good handling and infinite special +1 more special. What if reduce ram power?

slam - very team oriented guy, but it's ok.

shadow -  it's ok. No, really...... but maaaaaaybe a bit reduce special power.

sweet- it's ok.

Minion - it's ok. Cheesy


So, what you think about that all this?
