Head-On Crossovers

I'm enjoying my copy of Twisted Metal: Head-On (Extra Twisted Edition), and I am able to play as the characters from the Lost segment in the Head-On levels (through Action Replay Max). The problem is, how can I do vice versa? What codes should I use for AR Max in order to play as the Head-On characters in the Lost segment? Does anybody know?
P.S. I do not want to use Omniconverter. I have a Mac, not Windows. Sad
