I have a lot of fun with it. Sure it might not be as "deep" as the older games, but I don't see that as a reason to "hate" it. I still have fun zooming about on lan matches.
And as long as you play with a honest group online is good, except for the few who have connection issues.
When I first started playing TMX I had a rough go at it and quit playing for awhile, but as I learn more of the game and play it more, the more I enjoy it.
I understand that the games missiles are more accurate, and for a good reason I believe, A lot of the cars move so much faster. In a way TMX pulled a Armored Core 4 on me. A lot of you won't understand that comparasion so bop on over to the tubes and look up last raven and AC4.
I wasnt open to Armored Core 4 at all at first, but once I started to open up to it and enjoy the unique features this version had.
I feel like this applys to TMX. It still has unique offerings and a different set of skills needed that what traditional TM .
I feel like alot of people cant open their hearts to that. Insted
they shut out change and stay with what they know best. Change isnt always bad. It breeds improvement. That's why
we live in the comfort we do today.
Sorry for the ramble. I just felt like it needed to be said.
This is the game that split TMA in two, mind you. Or at least, one of the reasons TMA is just slogging about.
This game should be more deep than simply putting it in factions. Factions is just a lazy route to putting up any remote of a story. It's fucking stupid. I liked it better when a vehicle had it's driver and know about that driver individually.
I'm not able to dissect this game's mechanics as well as a lot of the TMA members have and they've considerably done so before me. It's quite understanding where they're coming from.
Basically you're telling me "okay if the rape isn't good at first...you'll like it when you accept it once it happens again and again."
Yeah no thanks. This is coming from a player who does give a lot of chances and not have peer pressures or reviews pressure me. I've ignored the lashing some members on TMA gave this game. I've ignored biased reviews. I legitimately think this game sucks compared and contrasted with the others in the series.
