Its like a cartoon version of TM. i did play this and remember liking it. it wasnt TM or Vigilante 8 but it was fun. If I remember the original was wicked hard and some of the vehicles weren't close to balanced but if thats fixed this will be a fun ass game. doubt it'll keep my interest like TM but i'll buy it for sure. The way the cars move reminds me of Motortoon Grandprix. I could see it being fun for a little while. It's something I'd like a demo of before I buy it.
