Custom Skins still downloadable?

I understand that the custom skin website is down, and I have a feeling it's not coming back.

But I downloaded a bunch of skins into my garage when it was up. I had to delete my save file and game data to free up some hard drive space.

I'm ready to pick this up and start playing again, but I was wondering if I will be able to get my skins back? I'm at work for a while so I have no way to check and see if this will work and wanted to know if anyone has any idea.
