Is Head-On the easiest game in the series?

Its the only one I can beat on Hard without dying, and it just feels way easier than any of the other titles. What do you all think?

Are you playing the PSP or the PS2 version? Are you taking the upgrades? I don't like taking those anymore and I wish you can turn them off, since they can get in the way. My guess is the reason why you can only fight a low number of cars is so you won't upgrade too fast, so this whole upgrading thing kinda ruined the chance of fighting a lot of cars at once in a stage. I think the PS2 version is harder, because the gas can does the same damage as the power missile and the enemies likes to use it a lot. If you want a challenge, pick Dark Tooth as an enemy in Blg Blue Stadium with four other cars.

PSP version, and until yesterday I did take upgrades. I think they ruined the game as well, but oh well. I'll have to pick up the PS2 version again (even though the gas can sound op as hell) once I actually get a PS2 again lol

TMX is one of the, if not THE easiest and most accessible TM game right now. On the other end of the spectrum, I'd have to say that TM2 or Black are the "hardest"

In what mode in TMX? Story or challenge mode? Their not the same, because one is all gimmick, while the other can be played in the better and superior classic deathmatch.

When playing Head On on the PSP, it feels easier than on the PS2 for some reason, and it isn't just the gas can.  Isn't the speed of the cars for the PS2 version slower, or the maps are larger?  One of the two, but that makes a bit of a difference.

I only just started TMX on Twisted, so I can't judge too well on it if is the hardest yet or not.

How's about you go to challenge mode, put it on twisted, turn traffic & peds,on, no health semi, & play as Reaper against at least 6 opponents on Sunsprings, then get back to me.

Only six? Why not ten? That way there's a good chance of Vermin and Meat Wagon showing up with their snipers.

There is 99% chance of the mentioned enemies showing up to compete against you. I guarantee you won't see Darkside without setting the opponent capacity to ten. "At least six" can affirm you know what you're doing. The smaller the map, the better, but in Sunsprings, if you can duke it out with the AI out in the open with Reaper, you are one tough mofo & I respect the skill you possess.

Even when playing the story on Twisted, Grindhouse and Dual Juggs on Ghost Town are hard(when not using an OP vehicle.)  I agree that Classic Challenge DM is hard.  I remember that from the demo of TMX.  I played the offline and knew the game was going to be difficult.  Speaking of difficulty, I just beat TMX on normal in under 3 or 4 hours.  The only time I struggled was Grindhouse.

However, I still find Head On to be the easiest due to it being easy on the hardest setting, even with Dark Tooth and others on Stadium.

I used the wait for the enemy to come method. I get killed in the open. Fighting ten cars is better though, because it's harder and more fun.

6 opponents?
So far I haven't played Challenge mode on Twisted more than 4-5 times, and the best I could do was win against 4 as Axel. While my main, RK, only survived two.

But 6 as Reaper, in Sunsprings. You got it!

and Luis man, you're evil. But no problem, I'll see what happens with the 6 challenge and get back to you guys, then go 10.

This is gonna be so much fun.
