I haven't no.
I'm a little wary to be honest. They mention a lot about team based 'escort missions' and actively avoid talking about deathmatch combat.
I hope it happens but personally I don't think it will be for me.
(PC and Mac only as well. I don't play PC games).
I wanted to link it here though for those who may be interested.
I am very happy Jaffe has some involvement but for me that isn't enough to throw down anything significant for the game.
I might throw down $10 or so towards the end of the kickstarter period but I defo won't be one of the $100+ backers...
I wish them all the best with this project though
EDIT: I just wanted to add as well that remember that Jaffe's role on this project is 'Creative Advisor'.
To me that isn't a huge role and I believe he will only be supplying some supporting help/ideas for the core team working on the game.
The guy had a similar role in the development for Twisted Metal 3 btw (yes TM3 not TMPS3...).
I get the feeling that the final product may play more like Full Auto as well so I'm not really expecting the next gen TM(like) experience.
Not trying to sound negative- it could be a fantastic game but this would never be an automatic buy for me.
And of course TMPS3 has it's detractors anyway so depending on your feelings towards that game it might be worth either putting only a small donation or waiting to see the final product??
EDIT: an interview
