Well I didn't get TM:BO yet, a lot of money issues and surprise repairs needing done.

One of these days, guys.  I swear!

I was wondering if anyone can give me their saved file of their connection. I read on Gamefaqs on how to download saves and put it into your memory card.

I'd agree with what DARKFORCE mentioned. For whatever reason, network adapter configuration files seem to be PS2 and/or network adapter-specific.

If you don't have a network adapter start-up disc, don't lose hope. Various online-enabled PS2 games contain built-in network adapter configuration utilities.

A list of some of these games can be found here:
http://www.ps2onlinegaming.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=84

Having said that, that list is incomplete. So if you don't own any of the listed games, try looking through your PS2 games for ones that advertise online support on their front/rear covers.

If you manage to find something, you should be fine setting up a network configuration with automatic (DHCP) settings.

Good luck Smiley.
