This is sort of what I was afraid of seeing as how they keep postponing raising the level cap with each DLC. Personally, I think the main install base of players that will continue to buy DLC this far past launch want the level cap to eventually climb, even if its just once, to further the enjoyment of the core gameplay, but it seems to me that Gearbox is to heavily taking into account players that would come into the game much later and at a slower pace. This will ultimately drive away the hardcore audience if they choose not to raise the cap but at this point they've already gotten most peoples money on three DLCs or a season pass so it doesn't really matter if they give fans what they want.

I can understand what Randy is trying to say and I get it. In the first Borderlands you could max out your character and it was really game breaking but I always thought there was a nice balance between leveling up and the increase in difficult enemies. But even that was based on a player by player basis and depended heavily upon what character you chose, your play style, what good weapons you chose to use or grind for, and whether you played 4 player co-op, two player co-op, or solo. They managed to raise the level cap with one and still keep it balanced so I don't understand why they can't do it again only better. Fans like me who played the first game expected the level cap to be lifted at some point. Its really a slap in the face to dangle that carrot in front of our faces for this long and then decide you may not live up to what you've already established as expected content for your game. They've dick teased us since launch about the level cap being raised. This is a prime example of why I never buy a season pass for any game.

I agree that maxing out your characters in Borderlands 2 wouldn't be ideal or fun but at the same time who really cares? Its up to the player how they want to play. The game can be waaaaaay to hard solo so why not give those players an extra edge? I honestly don't see how increasing the level cap by even 5 to 10 would "break" the game. You would still have to choose wisely with your skill points and depending on what weapons you run with the game could still be a challenge.

Either way, I can honestly say that I'm done with Borderlands 2. I think the game is fucking fantastic and it was my personal game of the year for last year based on how much time I put into it and how much fun I had playing it with friends but it comes to a point where there is no more fun to be had from a game and I've reached that point. You can only do the same thing so many times before you realize its not fun any more. If you aren't going to give me new content, new weapons, and increase the level cap then who cares?

See, that's whats dumb about those bosses to me. You have to have some ridiculous weapon and or armor combination with the right four player squad or just glitch the game to even be able to beat them.

That said, I'd be interested to see this glitch and finally beat all those faggot ass Invincible bosses.

Well. You guys have it and can get together. After Tuesday, ya'll gonna have to do that anyway. The wife also knows how to do it to so, if you have her as a friend, she'd still ike to play the Tourque and Scarlett stuff too. Also make her Invincible because she knows what to do.

It's not hard to do. It's just killing the fucking bosses is what takes the most time really. You honestly have to be invincible to beat these bosses. Fuck doing it the honest way. It's really stupid.

You also have to have a minimum of 3 people, and one of them has to be a Siren. I'll try and be on tonight to teach at least one of you if you want to learn how.

Talk to the wife and ask her to help you out. That invincibility glitch should help, along with another 2 players.
