The most we could do is make a TM style deathmatch with GTA (most likley San Andreas). Gruby in the other threat has got a sort of got a concept going on, and is most likely our only chances of doing any such thing.

yeah there are a buttload of things to make a game work. for example, if we just had all the people you mentioned and made this game, there would be no sound. then if we just had the graphics, we wouldn't have the coding for collision and the right weapon hitpoints etc. etc. lastly, WE DO NOT OWN THIS GAME!!!
but if we get all the people we need for making a video game, i will GLADLY write a story, and i will GLADLY make it a completely insane story, and i will gladly partially help with art

I think we should try editing TM2PC first. I think we know a lot more about it now collectively than we ever did. Skinning is already possible, and vehicle and environment editing has also been achieved. I think it'd be interesting to make an official Twisted 3.

What we need is an easy to use skin extractor/installer for TM2PC, it is a bitch to edit textures let alone reistall them, only Gruby seems to be the pro on this forum. We'd also need something to edit the 3d models which is also a bitch considering they are these PS1 type format that not one god damn modelling program possess the ability to open. Adding code to the game for new levels, cars, and such which oh jesus christ...headaches I'll stick to my GTA for now.

Apparently the ability to edit game geometry exists, like making RK a duck, so perhaps we could be able to add characters/specials/ect.

I'm working on reskinning the vehicles using graphics from the five core games primarily (1, 2, Black, Head-On, and '12). So far I've come up with this skin for Sweet Tooth. It's not completely finished yet and it looks a lot better in high resolution, but from what I've found you can't import anything into TM2PC higher than 128x128. Tell me what you guys think. Next up, Warthog!

My plan for Roadkill is a complete send-up of all the vehicles parts. That's kinda the idea in a nutshell for all the skins, but with this you'll see like the hood from TM1, doors from TM2, stuff like that, multicolored the way Roadkill should be. I'm not including any original material in my work, it's all homage to the series past skins, maybe some Rogue Trip and other games thrown in the mix. I'd love to include new vehicles or trade some characters specials and attributes. I think If we could modify Hammerhead into "Outlaw 3" and give it Outlaw 2's special that'd be really sweet. Hammerhead should be a boss vehicle that more or less reflects the look from the original game and Head-On. Then we can add new vehicles, if possible, maybe something from Black. I already thought of changing Shadow to Meat Wagon, would be cool just for a change.
