No, I'm not clicking on the links! I'm sorry if I might be confusing some of you, but let me try to clear things up.

What I meant to say is whenever I see someone new on the site, I click on their first post like a lot of members here. It's when I start reading it, and it says "visit my site", I just KNOW that this post is just pointless, and the person who posted it probably a scammer, troll, spammer, Blair probably trying to get back in and possibly failing on an epic level, or all of the above. I've seen multiple "new members" do this over the past week, and I've NEVER clicked on their links, because I'd be wasting my time if I did. Again, I'm sorry if I've confused you, and I hope this clears things up.

I've been thinking the same thing. I'd love to have mod powers again just to delete spam bots and clean this shit up all day and only for that reason alone. I'm sure you feel the same HB. I could get rid of most spam bots within 10 minutes of them posting most times for most of the day. Brawl would not look like this if someone else had the ability to delete it. This is the TMA we have to live with now though. The one where fucks are not given.

At this point being an admin is just a title. Might as well make the people who are here all the time mods so we can keep the place clean. No reason to attach any kind of honor to the title of mod if we are just spam janitors anyways.

It would be kind of messed up to make the rest of us suffer because the people who did have responsibility lost interest or can't realistically do the job alone.

I finally think I know what the absolute most annoying thing off all time is for me personally. When you are filling out applications for jobs online and at the end you have to take some variation of a personality test where they give you ten thousand of these huge blanket statements like "I'm very good at understanding the feelings of others", "Its ok to take small things from work like pencils", "I get angry easily", "getting tasks done right is more important than getting them done on time" and then you have to check a box for "disagree", "somewhat disagree", "neutral", "somewhat agree", "strongly agree".

JUST FUCKING STOP WITH THIS BULLSHIT!

Its not like anyone is going to answer all of the ten thousand plus questions like this that take up a half hour or more of your day truthfully. Who in the fuck that actually wants a job is going to answer a question like "when I'm in a bad mood I sometimes yell at people" with STRONGLY AGREE! No one is going to check off anything but "strongly disagree" so why bother wasting my time asking me that? Its fucking retarded. I could fill out 5 normal pen and paper job applications in the time it takes to do just one of these fucking online things.

I miss the days when you just walked in somewhere, filled out an application, and talked to a manager or supervisor face to face. I've filled out hundreds of online applications over the years and I've never heard anything back from 99% of them. Its a waste of time. If you want to advertise your job online, fine, but then tell me where your establishment is and when I can meet you so I can try and impress you. An online application doesn't give you any of that.

If I were to lose both my jobs today I'd probably just not bother working at all because I'm not filling out another one of these fucking personality tests. You want to get to know my personality, then schedule me an interview.

I got most of that pony hate out of my system. I'm only really bothered by the people who sexualize childrens products for reasons other then humor.

I don't care for the show because i don't see any redeeming qualities it has beyond the fact it's an okay show for children. It's a step above pointless animes about dueling monsters but tossing in some kind of gimmick so Nintendo doesn't sue.

But sexualizing Ponys isn't any different then sexualizing the characters in Edd Ed n Eddy or any other cartoon featuring children. It's worse then those animes where the 14 year old girl gets triple team and they make an american version where they simply say out loud she is 18. Even though it's still an animated video of a 14 year old girl getting drenched in cum.

If the cartoon had more substance i'd be more willing to believe that most of the adult fans aren't perverts or people with mental disorders who need bright and shiny visuals with simple and happy stories to keep them from going back to Sonic or Yoshi.

As far as job interviews i think part of the whole thing is making sure you are patient enough to jump through hoops for them. Also to make sure you read the whole application before just filling in answers.

You'd think that it's easy to find good workers in this economy. It's not. I don't blame them for putting in retard traps in their applications.

When i do interviews i just act as cool as possible like i love doing interviews and i'm not even worried about not getting the job because i'm the best they could have.

Then i draw a dick where it asks what sex i am. That's the selling point for hiring me. I list my previous job experience as being a maverick saint defending a city corrupted by drugs, gangs, lunatics, and my arch nemesis's are Shop Lift Man and Shink the Short Changer.

In 2008 i quit clicking next without making sure i wasn't being given some toolbar, anti virus, or "PC Checkup" software.

Chances are if you download a product for free. It'll come with adware or some very lame attempt to get you to use one of those god awful toolbar utilities.

Imagine how your webbrowser would look if you installed all the normal programs everyone uses but without clicking out the bullshit. You'd have like 9 toolbars covering up 1/5th of your browser all trying to collect data on you at the same time.

Ha, my gf does that shit, which is pretty fucking surprising since she knows her way around a computer. I had her put some programs on my computer a while back.. Don't remember what though.. And she just clicked everything all willy nilly, not giving a fuck. Next thing I know, I have three toolbars and random ads popping up all over my shit. I spent an hour uninstalling everything she put on here.

My sister is the same. Both my father and i taught her computers as best we could. But the second she gets on an internet browser despite all warnings about downloading. She downloads all sorts of shit while being distracted by coupons, flash games, internet quizzes, and instinctively goes to all of the websites that choke your PC with tracking cookies and viruses.

I think it's mostly because women are suckers for flash based puzzle games and use Google to find MP3's.
