what is the best program for playing tmbo?

first of all, hi to everybody, i'm new here on the site and i come from Italy.

i am a tm fan since the first twisted metal came out, and i'd like to play some black online now...

i know servers are down, so i ask is there an almost lag free program in order to play tmb online?

i mean, something like this

this is for arcade games, beat'em ups mostly

Well I think the idea is that you and a friend who isn't in close proximity to you could go online to an X-link type site and play. But yeah if you are expecting to go on to a site and find a random game then yeah odds are its just going to be you.

So unless you have someone in mind to play with don't bother as it will be impossible to find a game (I played with a friend over X-link and if he wasn't up to play I would try many times to find a random and it never worked).

1st off, Welcome to TMA.

2nd off, the only way to play TMBO online now is through X-Link Kai. As far as the other programs go, I have no idea. I personally played TMBO on X-Link Kai for about 2 months after the initial servers went down.

Aside from there being noone to play with obviously, the lag and connection problems were pretty bad at times. Since the format of the game online is P2P, if anyone lags bad enough and times out, the entire lobby will collapse. If your even lucky to get a game started, the lag more or less makes it fairly unplayable.

By all means go ahead and try and gather people but I can assure you, it's really not worth it.

If you have a good connection and you are playing against a few people you know that have a good connection and you can get a game that rarely taps out and lags on you although even if everything is perfect there are still issues.

As I said before you aren't going to get random games only try to play if you can get a few buddies to play with you.

I had to create a new account cause i've lost my previous password and no mail comes in when i try to recover my password.

anyway, i'm Dong Hwan and i'vre read your posts but i just love this game and i don't want to accept that it is a dead game right now.

i've just discovered a new program , it's P2P!, it's XBSLINK.

Have you already tried this new program? i think it's better than x link kai because it's p2p, if someone wants to give it a try feel free to let me know, i quite suck at the game but i like it and wanna play it again Cheesy

so lemme know if you are interested in playing tmbo again on this new program, google ps2onlinegaming, there are some guys who have tested it with this game and it SEEMS it works.

if it really can reduce the lag, i think it's worth a try.
