Flash can export an AVI but the quality is shit.

I can use FRAPS to just record the desktop. But it costs alot of CPU power to do that and makes it difficult to run the animations at full quality. It can also have an impact on the audio sync.

I may just have to fuck about with Fraps and see if i can get that to function half way.
