The middle section intros (when your character drives into Minion's Stadium, When your character Knocks out, When your character wakes up and drives off) was probably made before other sections of the cinematic sequences.

For example: If you notice Grimm's attire in the intro movie... he is wearing a green combat vest in the asylum. He dons the same green army vest in his flashback and outro movies...


however, if you look closely at the sequence when Grimm drives out of Blackfield Asylum, when he drives into Minions stadium , and finally when he leaves minion's stadium, he is wearing a black biker vest with a skull insignia on the black, and wearing jeans with chaps.

My guess is that the sequences where the characters are driving their vehicles were made before they finalized the look of some characters...
Hence, why John Doe's shoulder tatoo changes during some of the film sections (the writing around the tattoo disappears when he and Calypso first meet).

Dollface probably wasn't going to drive Darkside originally: maybe Jaffe and crew told the guys in cinimatics to create these scenes before Jaffe and crew realized that Dollface should drive Darkside.

Anyways, they are just minor continuity errors... no biggie
