White Knight sounds better, since Warthog is better off as a name for a military vehicle, not some hybrid vehicle (TMB Warthog / White Knight was a station wagon with the wheels replaced by tank threads.)

Intro

Our world is in peril...

(We enter to a military strategics field)

War, disease, catastrophes, and more plague us all.

(We see Warthog drive across the field)

All I want is for the future to be bright for the youth of America.

(Colonel Hall steps out and we zoom in to a close up of his face)

But frankly there were some days where I felt there was no hope...

(More shots of Warthog driving)

Judgment day was looming closer everyday and the world was paranoid as to what would happen; Was it just a rumor, or would the world truly come to a end? It was hard to tell...until...

(Newspaper headlines that read various news such as "UFO spotted above Phoenix, AR" and "Cryptic alien messages appearing everywhere!")

I didn't like the rumors going around...and then one day...someone visited the base...

(Calypso appears, stopped by some guards)

I knew Calypso by reputation. Although I wasn't sure of what his methods were, I agreed to hear him out. He offered me a chance to enter his contest. If I won, I could see fit to bring world peace at long last. It was risky...but winning could finally bring a end to suffering to millions!

(Warthog drives away from the base)

It was a risk I was willing to take...

(END INTRO)

Level Dialogue

1-Suburban Terror: Be safe civilians. Stay out of the streets and I will do my best to bring no harm to you.

2-Montreal: I went into the military when I was only 19 years old, inspired by my family's history

3-Paris: Ever since my brother died in battle, I vowed never to back down from any opposition.

4-Las Vegas: If anyone thinks I will quit now, I just might have a surprise or two for them...

(At the start of level 5, Warthog is seen driving into a massive stadium. Shortly afterward, the gate closes behind it. There is a large demonic symbol in the middle of the stadium and it begins to catch fire as what appears to be a giant tank rises from the center and in front of Warthog. Minion has arrived!)

5-Minion's Stadium: A tank? It seems like a one sided battle, but I will win at all costs!

Middle

(Minion is destroyed. However, a piece of the turret breaks off and hits Warthog, knocking the Colonel out)

The battle had ended, but the war was not over just yet. I began remembering the past when I was unconscious...

(The colonel is seen fighting terrorists with his troop)

I had been part of some of the greatest troops of all time. We were considered national heroes. One day we were fighting this terrorist group. There weren't many of them, but they were dangerous. While we had been able to take them down...

(A bullet heads for Colonel Hall. Another person, who looks like a younger Colonel Hall, runs in it's path and gets shot)

They had taken my younger brother's life...he may have died a hero but it was especially hard to see him go down, just to protect me...

(Warthog drives through the desert)

Since that day, I vowed to fight every form of evil...but that proved harder than I imagined...

(Newspaper headlines pass the screen, including "Massive Earthquake hits Death Valley", "Tornadoes claim many lives", and "Volcano erupts near Iceland")

The world was falling apart, and there was nothing I could do about it...I began having visions...bad visions...

(Following the headlines, we see the world starting to crumble and then there's a fiery explosion, destroying the world)

I had to do something! I was going to save all lifeforms!

(The Colonel wakes up)

Or die trying...

(Warthog drives out of Minion's stadium and onto the highway)

(END MIDDLE)

6-Egypt: "Warthog" was my codename in the military and one that I'm proud of.

7-Transylvania: The strategy is to move in, blast as much as possible, move out, and repeat.

8-Area 51: A UFO? I must be dreaming...There's no possible way...

9-Death Port: The war is nearly over. One final battle and I will be victorious.

(At the start of level 10, Warthog drives off of the Death Port and onto the harbor, while the broken remains of the defeated drivers fall off. The remaining contestants are there (but not seen) ready to fight. Suddenly, the broken parts float into the air and collide together into a huge explosion. When the smoke clears, a huge vehicle made of the parts of the other vehicles is seen. Piecemeal is here!)

10: Piecemeal's Harbor: A machine built from the parts of my fallen enemies...madness!

Ending

(Piecemeal explodes and the parts rain from the sky and into the water as Warthog drives off of the harbor and into town)

The war was over and I had won.

(Warthog drives to Calypso's garage. The Colonel sees Calypso sitting in a large chair)

I went to see Calypso and asked for my prize. I asked for no complicated prize. All I wanted was world peace. No more war. No more death. No more natural disasters. Just peace...

(Calypso snaps his fingers and a bright light flashes)

The next thing I knew...I was back at the military field...everything seemed different...

(A few weeks pass with no events taking place)

It seems I had gotten my wish. Everything was safe and calm on earth. No more disasters were taking place. There was no need for the people of earth to panic anymore...I never thought it could be like...

(A UFO appears in the sky)

No...It couldn't be...

(Several more appear in the sky; soon, several lasers shoot from their ships and hit the ground, the earth is slowly and quickly destroyed. Shortly afterwards, the "Twisted Metal: Judgment Day" logo appears)

A brief ending I know but hope you liked. It was hard to come up with a story for him. Twister will be next.

Driver: Oddball from Thrill Kill
Vehicle: A super powered bumper car
Special: Static Charge-Similar to Darkside's special, only electric powered

Info: Escaped from the same carnival his family worked at for years. He now seeks to destroy everyone in his path and find the family treasure.

Postal
Driver: Mr Smith aka Postal.
Vehicle: A blue Mail Truck
Special: Dead Letters-Multiple letter shaped Projectiles are fired at the opponents

Info: A heartbroken man who desires to get back at the one who ruined his life and made him go 'postal'...

Copy-Cat
Driver: Jamie Roberts
Vehicle: Think Mime from Small Brawl only as a real car and black
Special: Copies the special weapon of the opponent

Info: A former officer of the law turned vigilante, no one knows where Jamie Roberts got this strange vehicle or why she is entering it in Twisted Metal.

Twister is still going to be next.

Yea I'm still debating if i want to do those stories or not, just throwing out some new ideas I MIGHT do. In the meantime...

Twister-Cassandra Watts

Intro

I must win...

(We enter to the familiar Blackfield Asylum sign and go through the usual routine as a woman speaks)

I came from a long line of famous racers, all successful in their own rights...but I was the best one of all!

(We reach the cell doors and enter Cassandra's cell, she looks like Miranda Watts except with dark brown hair. Her racing suit is stained with blood)

Keyword being 'was'...One stupid mistake and I lost the most important race of my life...I should have won! I wanted to win so badly...I may have lost my temper...

(We look at her racing suit)

I vowed that if I got out of here, I would do everything I could to race again. Thankfully, I finally got that chance...

(Calypso appears in her cell)

His name was Calypso. He gave me a chance to a rematch on the racing field. A chance to relive the race and strike my one loss from my records. There was a catch however, I had to win his contest first.

Win. That's the only word I need to know...I agreed to play.

(Twister drives out of the asylum gates)

(END INTRO)

Level Dialogue

1-Suburban Terror: "Twister" was the nickname I received due to my speed; I was as fast as a twister!

2-Montreal: This is where a few of my pit crew members lived. I wonder if they are around here now

4-Las Vegas: Before the incident, I was one of the luckiest people you ever met. Everything I did led to success.

(At the start of level 5, Twister is seen driving into a massive stadium. Shortly afterward, the gate closes behind it. There is a large demonic symbol in the middle of the stadium and it begins to catch fire as what appears to be a giant tank rises from the center and in front of Twister. Minion has arrived!)

5-Minion's Stadium: This big tank is trying to make me lose! I don't think so!

Middle

(Minion is destroyed. However, a piece of the turret breaks off and hits Twister, knocking Cassandra out)

I was knocked out, but I was victorious. When I drifted off into unconsciousness, all my past accomplishments came back to me...

(Twister flashes back to her racing days)

As soon as my career began, I was on fire. I had won every race I competed in. They called me the most successful racer of the year! Pretty soon, I was raking in the money...

(We see a large pile of money, followed by magazines with Cassandra on the cover, "Pit Crew monthly" "Carz" "Info-Tainment Weekly" and "Big Money Honeys" the last of which features Cassandra in a bikini)

Some say all he money going right to my head was what caused me to lose my mind. But I had other things to concentrate on...

(We see Twister and many other race cars in a giant stadium)

I was about to compete in the biggest race of the year. It was the world circuit and racers from all around the world were entering, myself included. I was the first person to enter this race undefeated.

(Twister stops into the pits)

There were only a few laps to go, and I was leading. I was so close...I was going to make my mark as the greatest racer of all time.

(She drives away)

One lap left, and I was going to win...this was it! I had won...or so I thought...

(A race car passes by Twister just as she was about to cross the finish line)

NO! I...I couldn't believe it...I lost!

(The racer is presented with a huge trophy and a crown)

I was quite upset with this turn of events...Let's just say what happened next was something a lot of people would not forget for some time...

(Cassandra gets back in her race car and runs through everyone in the winner's circle. Then she assaults the winner and kills him, blood spraying all over her suit)

I got sentenced to life in Blackfield as a result. I ended up ending my career for good after that...

(Cassandra wakes up)

But now I had a way to erase that bad memory from history forever!

(Twister drives out of Minion's stadium and onto the highway)

(END MIDDLE)

6-Egypt: I blame my pit crew for not fixing my car fast enough. They always were too damn slow...

7-Transylvania: This place is huge and full of enemies. I'm gonna need to use my speed if I want to survive.

8-Area 51: Slowpokes...Slowpokes all of you! Can't you even TRY to keep up with me!?

9-Death Port: This boat is heading for Harbor City where Calypso will meet the winner...which will be me of course.

Not surprisingly I had won.

(Twister drives to Calypso's garage and sees Calypso sitting in a large chair)

I met with Calypso and demanded for my prize. He gave me a small warning before I made my wish. He said that I should think it over first and if I am aware of the risks. I didn't care. I knew what had to be done. I wanted to go back to the day of the race so I could have a second chance.

(A bright light flashes)

And the next thing I knew...I was back!

(Cassandra had returned to the day of the world circuit)

I had my second chance. I couldn't blow it this time...I only had one shot at this...

(She speeds past the other racers as their cars break down)

It seems the racers weren't having as much luck this time around. Perhaps now I had a better chance!

(She stops into her pits)

I told them to pick up the speed. The more time it took, the worse it was for my chances...I didn't have this kind of time!

(She speeds off, not aware that the pit crew had not finished fixing her vehicle)

Only one lap left! I was in the lead! And that other racer was way behind me this time. I was going to do it! I had this race won!

(Her wheels start to break down and catch fire)

WHAT THE!?

(The wheel falls apart, then another follows that)

No! I have to win! I'm too close to lose now!!!!

(Twister reaches the finish line as her car breaks apart. It crosses the finish line but doesn't stop)

I DID IT! I WON! I...

(Twister hits the wall, where a big explosion follows. Everyone in the crowds panic as what had just transpired. We see a certain someone in the audience eating a hot dog while watching with a sinister smile: Calypso)

(The "Twisted Metal: Judgment Day" logo appears to end)

Nice.  Cassandras wanted to win that race, and she did, but that win ended up killing her.

And I love the new charcters. Oddball was a cool idea, as EA killed Thrill Kill and the only way to get it is through torrent sites. I think Bumper Carnage should be renamed to something more menacing.

And shouldn't Copy Cat be called Mime?  I mean you recalled TM:B Warthog his original name, so why not just call the vehicle Mime?

Anyway, I vote you do Bumper Carnage next.
