Again, if you guys want a certain story told, just let me know, but in the meantime, I think I'll post the one I had in mind for the story as a start then let you choose between the remaining ones. This will also give you a idea on how they'll be formatted.

Mr. Slam-Simon Whittlebone

Prologue

What does man dream of?

(we cut outside to the sign of "Blackfield Asylum" and following the normal way of most of the Twisted Metal:Black intro movies as Simon continues to speak)

Does he dream of love? money? to be famous?

(we enter Simon's cell and see him, he is a somewhat nerdy man, but has a muscular build to him, wearing his attire from Head-On)

I dream of much more.

(he looks at his wall, which looks to have been designed with a strange blueprint carved into it)

They took my dreams from me and I'm the bad guy!? Preposterous! My tower was...and soon enough again, will be...one of the greatest structures of all time...

(he punches the wall with the blueprint on it and you see a small rapid fire montage featuring a giant tower blowing up from demolition followed by construction workers running in fear and Mr Slam appearing)

All I needed to do was get out of this blasted asylum...and one day...I got that chance...

(Calypso appears at the doorway, he has his Head-On look)

He said his name was Calypso. He gave me a offer: Enter his contest and I would get the chance to rebuild my dream; Whittlebone Tower.

(Simon looks back at the blueprints)

Now that was something I looked forward to since getting incarcerated. So I obviously accepted.

(Mr Slam is seen driving through the gates)

After all, wouldn't you do the same?

(END INTRO)

Level Dialogue

1-Suburban Terror: I recall being asked to build some of these houses...shame I'll have to wreck them up...

2-Montreal: Small and full of enemies. I better keep moving and dodging if I wanna keep going.

3-Paris: The Eiffel Tower...As beautiful as it is, it pales in comparison to Whittlebone Tower.

4-Las Vegas: Mr. Slam has been used in my construction for years now...It has never failed me since day one.

(At the start of level 5, Mr Slam is seen driving into a massive stadium. Shortly afterward, the gate closes behind it. There is a large demonic symbol in the middle of the stadium and it begins to catch fire as what appears to be a giant tank rises from the center and in front of Mr. Slam. Minion has arrived!)

5-Minion's Stadium: A former champion of Twisted Metal. He has returned with victory on the mind. He will lose!

Middle

(Minion is defeated, but the turret on the tank is blown off and hits Mr. Slam, knocking Simon out)

I may have won that battle, but the explosion took it's toll on me. While I was out, I remembered the days of the past when I was a engineer...

(Simon has a flashback of building some houses)

I worked for the city and had done lots of freelance work. After so many buildings, I began to dream of the day I would get to build my tower. Whittlebone Tower I would call it.

(Simon Whittlebone starts drawing blueprints)

One day, I secretly gathered my team together and told them about a special job from the mayor. Well, it wasn't really from him, but what is one harmless little lie going to do?

(The workers are seen building a massive building with many different vehicles, including Mr. Slam)

It was a dream come true. Whittlebone Tower was massive! The biggest building we had ever built!

(The tower is nearly completed)

However, once word got out, we were informed that the area had to be cleared for a new office district. We were demanded to take the tower down. I furiously refused.

(Simon is in front of his tower and refusing to move as a demolition team is all around trying to take it down)

Unfortunately I had no choice in the matter...

(Security guards move him away and the building is demolished with dynamite)

I didn't really take it too well...

(Simon is very upset and climbs aboard Mr. Slam and attacks the demolition team, running them over, crushing them with the front scoop, causing blood to spray everywhere)

As a result, I was sentenced to life in Blackfield. But now that I'm free, and now that those blasted workers are out of my way...

(Simon wakes up)

I will regroup and rebuild! Whittlebone Tower will rise again and there will be no one to stop me!

(Mr. Slam is driven out of Minion's stadium and onto the highway)

(END MIDDLE)

6-Egypt: Tch, the sphinx is a joke...a monumental disaster if you ask me...

7-Transylvania: Castle Dracula...I marvel at it's design. Oh, and I'll crush all of the other drivers here too...

8-Area 51: I didn't believe in aliens...until now apparently...but nothing will stand in my way!

9: Death Port: On my way to Harbor City...I have this contest won once I finish the remaining scrap metal called contestants...

(At the start of level 10, Mr. Slam drives off of the Death Port and onto the harbor, while the broken remains of the defeated drivers fall off. The remaining contestants are there (but not seen) ready to fight. Suddenly, the broken parts float into the air and collide together into a huge explosion. When the smoke clears, a huge vehicle made of the parts of the other vehicles is seen. Piecemeal is here!)

10: Piecemeal's Harbor: It's like the past is trying to haunt me with this beast...but I've come to far to give up now!

ENDING

(Piecemeal explodes and the parts rain from the sky and into the water as Mr. Slam drives off of the harbor and into town)

I had won the contest!

(Simon Whittlebone drives into a large garage and we see Calypso sitting in a chair)

I visited Calypso to arrange my reward. And he gave me what I wanted...

(Shortly afterward, a small montage of Mr. Slam and various other vehicles begin to build a new tower)

Whittlebone Tower was reborn. My life's work coming together as it grew higher into the sky! Soon, it was finally complete!

(Simon looks at a blueprint in his hands and then sees Whittlebone Tower is complete)

Finally! Man's greatest creation had been complete!

(Simon goes inside and heads to the top)

My dream, and the dream of any man, had come true! No one could fathom the feeling I had! No one was greater than me! I felt like a god! Hell, I was a god!

(Simon celebrates but then begins to think to himself)

But a thought occurred...What if someone tried to outdo my tower? What if someone tried to be better than me!? I refused to let that happen!

(He shouts on top of his tower)

DO YOU HEAR ME WORLD! I AM SIMON WHITTLEBONE! GREATEST OF ALL TIME! I AM NO LONGER A MORTAL MAN! I AM A GOD!

(Suddenly, Simon begins to lose his balance and then, he falls off of his building, plummeting to the ground below)

As big as my dreams were...they are just as easily crushed...

*SLAM!*

(Simon had fallen and made a massive imprint into the concrete. Calypso appears near the hole and laughs maniacally as the "Twisted Metal: Judgment Day" logo appears)

Yay Mr Slam!  (He's my favorite) Great way of working him into the black universe. I really liked his beginning, and the middle was cool too where he was running over people and stuff. The ending left me a little dissapointed, just because it began to become more and more like world tour, and you couldn't think of a different way to twist his ending. Oh well. It was still good.

And my vote is for you to do critical condition next

Thumper-Angel

Intro

This is wack!

(We open to the sign of "Blackfield Asylum" and follow inside as Angel keeps speaking)

I don't belong here but those coppers don't want no backtalk from me...

(We enter Angel's cell and see her sitting near the wall; She's 26 years of age, wears low riding jeans, a black tank top, big coat, and a derby over her eyes; she speaks with a bit of a ghetto accent)

All thanks to that stupid little bastard. I vowed that if I got out of here I would pop a cap in his ass! Little did I know, I'd get that chance sooner than I expected...

(Calypso appears)

Fellows name was Calypso. He asked if I wanted to be a part of this contest he was holding. I asked why would I want to be part of some lame contest. Then he shows me a picture...

(A picture of a young mexican man is shown)

It was that jerk Manny! The reason I was in here! Calypso said that if I won, I'd get revenge. Now that was quite the offer!

(Thumper drives out of the asylum)

Anything was better than staying in this dump. How could I refuse?

(END INTRO)

Level Dialogue

5-Minion's Stadium: A tank? That isn't gonna intimidate me whatsoever! Bring him on!

Middle

(Minion is defeated. However, the turret on Minion's tank breaks off and hits Thumper, knocking Angel out)

When I was out, I remember the days before I was falsely incarcerated...the days I was in my old hood...

(Angel flashes back to a dirty neighborhood)

I lived in a bad neighborhood, there were thugs everywhere you turned. My friends and I had to do everything we could just to avoid drive-bys and to stay alive.

(Angel meets the same young man from the picture Manny)

I met Manny about a year or two ago. After getting to know him, he seemed like a great guy...but then, things started to turn sour...

(Manny stops his car at a mini-mart and robs it blind, without Angel knowing)

I didn't know it then, but he was a crook! A dirty weasel taking everything he could, threatening to shoot anyone who got in his way...One day, he and his friend decided to rob this bank...

(Angel is riding in the back with Manny and a second person)

I was unwillingly driving with them to their latest heist. After he shot a cop and stole about 4 bags of money, the police came...

(Cop cars drive up to the building, sirens blaring)

He panicked and didn't know what to do. The other punk bolted and eventually he did the same...

(Manny throws the money in the back along with his gun and right next to Angel)

With me still in the back! I was about to leave but then....

(The police falsely arrest Angel)

Stupid cops arrested and convicted me! That was nearly 6 months ago and no one has questioned it since...I told Manny that the day I saw him again, I'd make him pay...

(Angel wakes up)

And that day is today!

(Thumper drives out of Minion's stadium and onto the highway)

(END MIDDLE)

6-Egypt: I know it wasn't necessarily the police's fault, but they had no right! Not enough evidence!

8-Area 51: Yeah, people are saying it's Judgment Day, but I don't buy it for one second. Those aliens are wasting their time

9: Death Port: Next stop: Harbor City. Calyspo better make good on his promise or he'll get the cap in his ass!

(Thumper drives to a large garage to find Calypso sitting in a large chair)

I went to Calypso and demanded my prize. The man delivered the goods.

(We cut back to Angel's neighborhood and Manny is seen chained to the sidewalk)

The slimeball had nowhere to run now! Stuck to the street like roadkill...just as he would be in just a moment. Calypso said I just had to drive forward to claim my prize.

(Angel gets back in Thumper and drives towards Manny)

It was the best time I had in a long time...He was crushed for so long, there practically wasn't anything left of him...

(Angel turns on her radio and booming rap music plays as she hits the hydraulics and crushes Manny under Thumper's wheels, his screams are drowned out by the music)

Calypso also had evidence to clear me of the bank robbing and vowed that this little incident would be covered up so no one would know what I just did...I was now free!

Hmm...so where will I go next? Perhaps now I'll go back to my old dream and become a street dancer...

(Thumper drives through the highway at night as the "Twisted Metal: Judgment Day" logo appears)

Ha. Veddy good. A little lighter than some of the stuff I'd expect from Black, but that's good, balance it out a little, a little comedic relief. And it was still of course darker than angel in tmho, i mean, she was just a joke. You made her respectable.

"Perhaps now I'll go back to my old dream and become a street dancer" That made me laugh 

Keep it up. And I like how you do the mini monologue before each level like the game did

Hmm. It was really good until the end, which confused me a little. But like you said it might make more sense later.

I really liked the background you gave her, you didn't follow the original black storyline but that's what made it good. I love the connection to Black and Mr. Ash. You have some great ideas. Keep em rollin!
