I'm standing by mu idea on if an on-foot mode going to be a gameplay feature, it would be better off as a seperate mode with the car combat we know and love being the main Story Mode.

Mainly, I like to make the on-foot style like the Konquest Modes of the Mortal Kombat games that were on PS2, as they would be good for exploration, and you could unlock hidden vehicles, extra battlegrounds for Deathmatch and Endurance modes, and maybe some cool concept art and behind-the-scenes stuff.
