and just cause that clown in the cloud (say that shit 5 times fast) doesnt look like Needles doesnt mean anything. when you put a clown and a game together, its automatic that Needles and Twisted Metal are brought up. its called 'association'. as secretive as Sony is about TMPS3, its not too far from the realm of reality that they did that on purpose to drum up controversy

I don't think that's it. I mean, they never advertised Tekken with some generic karate-kid looking dude. So why would they use a generic clown to advertise TM?

lmao looks like they changed the wiki on that picture too. It use to say "Sweet Tooth can clearly be seen in the explosion". Now it says "This image, was once believed to be a hint of the next Twisted Metal to be on the PlayStation 3."

I dont think there were too many ppl who completely dismissed it as Needles. I know that was the first thought that popped into my head, and most of the ppl who ever made a comment about it took it as a hidden TMPS3 reference. yea, it just looks like a plain, ordinary clown... but since it was part of a Sony ad, it was a clown's head, and it was in a fucking mushroom cloud of all things (a symbol of destruction, as is TM), NOBODY can be blamed for jumping on the TMPS3 bandwagon.. especially when a TM game has been obviously absent thru-out the yrs, and it was due
