Oh good. So long as I didn't offend I am happy although I'd be happier if you didn't use profanity, but that's just me. Good day!  Smiley

Fuck off, douche bitch.

This is the only thread I found for Small Brawl and Gameshark topic.

I can't seem to load the game using the gameshark, it always locks up loading the first stage. I am wondering if this happened to anyone else.

I have the gameshark 2.0

A quick note about Shadow's special: if you play Shock Therapy in death match mode, hit an opponent on the rear with the special, it is possible to get a one-hit kill. or damn close to it.. I've only been able to do this on the PS2 with the disk speed set on high.

Infinite turbo, infinite specials, etc. 1 code only at a time.
It doesn't seem to matter which code, as long as I load the game with the gameshark switched on with 1 code on, the game freezes.

I presume you're using a PS2, so the issues you're encountering may be emulation-related (even though the PS2 mostly uses PS1 hardware emulation).

Long ago I used to play Final Fantasy VIII and IX on my PS2 with codes (via a GameShark Lite - couldn't stand the limitations in the GS2.0's PS1 disc), but certain codes inexplicably didn't work, only partially worked, and/or caused random crashes. Using a cheating setup on a real PS1 (or maybe even a PC emulator) would likely be your best bet for better compatibility.

On another note, unfortunately I don't own TMSB, and my PS2's disc drive is kind of broken at this time. So I can't test the game out with my own GS2.0 PS1 disc/GS Lite. Maybe someone else would be able to provide more assistance if you were willing to post the mastercode (aka (M)/Must be on/etc) code you're using, as well as at least one of the non-working codes you mentioned?

I didn't explain, but my actual setup is PS1 with Gameshark 2.0. It seems to be the combination of my console, the game and the gameshark, and not which code I'm using. What I need to do is try on another console possibly.

There is something peculiar with the codes though. Websites list the same effect with slight variation of code. Take for example Infinite Turbo : 801504ac 03e8 or 801524AC 03E8. Similar variation for Fire Missile: 80151ea0 0003 or 80151EA0 0009. Either way, I've tried the variation of code to same result, game freeze during level loading

Man I haven't been here in years. A couple of things to say.

This game has codes. I didn't realize this until recently. So much easier to conduct experiments. You can't get frozen with god mode, you can't die in the treetop rumble stage or from Meat Your Maker grinders. And you can't unlock things in endurance mode.

The other thing I learned? The Fire Extinguisher in the final stage. You can use one of the ramp opposite to it and fire a missile at it when ramping up to the stage. The fire extinguisher breaks the chairs and also does insane damage to a target. It can almost kill Darkside when he's not moving. It will however unfreeze opponents.

Fun fact. It takes 12-17 power missiles to break one of the chairs. I forget the exact number. Pretty wild. This game is so incredibly fun. There's also one hit kill code that lets you earn your endings faster or Trapper or Piecemeal I guess. Groovy.

Pretty cool. I had no idea about that fire extinguisher trick.

And finally after all these years I have a better understanding of how the fridge freeze ice cubes work in the Easy Death Oven level. The freeze shots do slight damage but the ice cubes have slight tracking.

Buster's Lanes. I've had moments where a random cpu will just suddenly die instantly from the bowling balls when they have a lot of health. Not sure if there's some sort of glitch or trick to it. Same thing can happen in the microwave with full health as well.

Fun Shadow glitch on Treetop rumble. If you fire off a special prior to dying after falling, and you re-spawn:

- Your next special will fire another reaper when it stops. It can loop when you're close to a corner. Pretty wild and there's a youtube video if you search it up.

The developer has been doing commentary, streaming on Twitch as well and answering a lot of questions. Like how Warthog was originally Grasshopper but they made the change suddenly near the end.
