I'm in the process of uploading some other footage. Check it out later_^) Boss Trapper is definitely the funner character to use. We really need to request that if there is going to be a new TM game in the future, don't skimp us and let us use the big versions PLEASE. I'm talking about Big Minion, not puny minion like in TM Black.

This might be my last Small brawl post unless I find something super awesome. Just wanted to say, it was definitely worth it to get a game shark to use Boss Trapper and Boss Piecemeal, Darkside, Primeval (that's right) and to be able to do things not normally possible in games_^)

I wish you the best in finding one. An update for what other things I noticed was that it is possible to have one of the players designated as Boss Trapper and let the other player use mini trapper. The size difference is pretty surprising. Whenever there is a Boss Trapper and there's either a mini trapper, Mime or Piecemeal they'll use the larger version of the monkey special.

One last thing I noticed was that Boss Piecemeal (and probably small piecemeal) actually have 6 wheels. There are the regular large hind wheels from Axel and two in the front that you normally see but if you move closer you'll see another set higher up and between the other two wheels. Pretty neat  Cool

i checked out your Trapper vids today cheers.

Will you be uploading some Piecemeal vids ?
would like to see the big guy in action.

Its interesting that both big bosses crash the game sometimes- like TM2 Dark Tooth.

Darkside and Primeval are fully playable and never crashed it for me.
maybe these 2 cars were intended to be playable?
Just makes it more bizarre that they weren't.

Yes, actually I did upload some Boss Piecemeal videos but I forgot to give the link last time. Just click on my username Toomnyusernae on Youtube to find 5 videos of me playing as him. They are just vids of him in different stages and what problems he might have in those particular levels.

From what I've seen so far these bosses don't crash the game unless they have something to do with Tournament mode, so just stay away from that. It just sucks that I can't use them in the unlockable stages though (I really wanted to climb that couch!). But having the bosses is reward enough.

(TM 3+4 haters don't need to read the following)

Hyeah, I got to use Primeval and Darkside and if you beat the game with either of them, the game crashes but since they don't have endings you're better off playing with a CPU ally. So that means you can use one of he bosses while your ally is the other, nice mix_^) Using bosses that weren't available is what I've been using my gameshark for primarily, so it's an opportunity to finally get at an itch that's been bothering me since highschool <@_@) I finally got a dream of mine to work in TM 4 with a rapid fire code and an all weapons code. For those of you who do watch it, skip to 2:17 for the good stuff to start_^)

I say this every time but I think this is going to be my last post haha. Went and did a couple of minor experiments with Boss Trapper and Boss Piecemeal. First test, speed test, who is faster? Quite frankly, I think they're the same speed, which is pretty dang fast. Crimson Fury, the car with the best regular speed (Darkside and Hammerhead get turbo basically during their specials) can't outrun Boss Trapper and even with turbo can barely catch up to him.

Second experiment was the armour test. Who has the highest grade armour? Did a test with regular trapper because his special was powerful enough and consistent compared to other specials. Boss Trapper could handle 9 of trapper's monkey specials while Boss Piecemeal could take 12 of them. That's pretty dang impressive seeing as how Darkside takes such a beating from a couple of trapper's specials ._. Hope this was interesting to someone.

Its good to know.
Those 2 bastards take a massive beating when your fighting them. I bet they'd be UberGod for playing against in 2 player duel?

In fact, I wouldn't mind seeing the results of a few PM on Trapper deathmatches (would that work though??)

I feel like an R tard but what is PM and what are you referring to for deathmatches? There's still some things I need to try out with the bosses but it sucks I can't take them to the unlockable stages for some reason (won't load). I posted earlier that Boss Piecemeal could withstand 12 of regular trapper's specials. So what's the damage difference between the small one and the real big one? Boss Trapper only needs 8 specials to kill Boss Piecemeal (zomg, sooo powerful, and I swear the special goes further and the subsequent monkeys don't swing as far as the regular trapper's).

I've never played this game with a friend so there may be some interesting research that can be done but if both players are using the bosses the camera angles are just horrendous ._.' You can't see items and that means enemy cars up close unless you use that indicator everyone has over their cars.

(hey hey, I said I feel like an R tard, not I am an r tard hahaha)

So, Archminion you'd like to see some matches as demonstrations am I correct?

I went into cooperative mode to try some stuff out with the bosses. I had P1 as Warthog and P2 as PIECEMEAL. Pretty neat experience. I had infinite specials for Warthog to see if I couldn't find that insight I've been looking for these last few weeks. I let PIECEMEAL just handle hits while I went and killed everyone. Once I got to the Mini-golf Mayhem stage PIECEMEAL was taking a beating and Slam actually got the grab on him (I'll have to see what angle he did that from). So Trapper showed up, killed him, moving on. Everything was the same until the final stage. P2 was just not there and the camera was just idle until the boss came out. The camera would follow the boss in the 2P screen and when he took enough hits he'd disappear and the camera would sit still again. I can only assume this is the same case for TRAPPER if one were to use him. I got the ending for Warthog which was cool because I didn't know you could earn endings with two people playing.

One thing I did notice with Warthog's special was the random force it had ._.' Sometimes when they hit the cpu the car would go sliding and I could see the marks on the ground. Maybe at max distance it has special properties after all? More research on the way! One thing I'd like to know is how many Sweet Tooth specials can I have sliding around_^)

Thanks for the update Toom
Would you say the boss versions are way overpowered?

For the 2p DM I mean?

All we need now is to find out if it's possible to get the big Minion, Warhawk and Tanker playable in TMB...

Yes, I would definitely say that using either one of the bosses makes it virtually impossible for you to lose because they benefit from such a higher level of health. The only problem is PIECEMEAL unable to pick up weapons, health and drive properly on many of the stages but he does have an Outlaw special at his disposal. I think TRAPPER is the best vehicle in the game due to the armour though. I'm uncertain what would happen if I did a co-op tournament with TRAPPER and PIECEMEAL though. Secret ending? the game will probably just hang ;p

Oh man, getting to use the actual Minion or Warhawk would be boss. I'm sure you could only use Warhawk in the building stage but getting the chance would be real fun >_<

Oh and Obliverate, what's with the animosity here? I didn't refer to you as a retard. I'm saying r tard because it's from South Park ;p

I didn't ever believe you referred to me as a retard. Because you didn't. Saying "R tard" A, makes you look retarded, and B, wasn't invented by South Park. That's like saying "the" was first used on King of the Hill.

Oh good. So long as I didn't offend I am happy although I'd be happier if you didn't use profanity, but that's just me. Good day!  Smiley
