I got to thinking on my way home from work, and I kind of realized that this discussion/argument about the refrences in my script is probably more harmful than the refrences themselves.

Some guy tells me he wants several other guys to carve my head out with their penises, I'd be a little more worried about him than I would be about the risk of such a fate.

Anyways. Yeah. I get you guys. Code name "Quatro" was the game I grew on the series with. When Black came out I had no idea of any rights switch, and just figured the games had taken a turn for the best.

In defense of the script, it's pretty much all Black, with character edits and background variations:

For example, Spectre is driven by one Mary Campbell, fiance of Scott Campbell, who was murdered.
Grimm and Warthog (driver name: Roger Mason) switched stories, because that only made sense to me.

I pretty much used the Black characters, and alter them to tie in with previous drivers of the respective car, among other changes. Other than that, I just have a few things that took place in other games that fit in, and added them:

For example, a certain pizza delivery boy named Connor drives a blue hatchback called "Deliverance", which skeet-shoots magnetized radial saw blades. I really couldn't pass up the opportunity to send some saw blades flying.
A certain Larry Lebowski drives a sanitation vehicle, cleverly named Trash, and takes part in a very gruesome death.

But I'm done talking. Don't want to put myself at risk any more than i may have already.

Yeah, it’s fine. So long as you aren’t promoting the games, there’s nothing inherently stupid about a garbage truck or a pizza delivery boy in a TM. We can all just pretend they're made up characters, which they might as well be because I can't imagine anything from those games fitting in the Black universe without major modifications (and honestly had you never even mentioned those games I doubt any of us would have made the connection anyway).

Yeah I had already thought about asking if this issue would have come up if I had never mentioned anything.
