I don't believe it is so much the scale as it is the way the cars handle.
Might be the Velocity and Timing that is off..or WHATEVER you call it.
Take GTA: san andreas for example.
When you're cruising round the Neighborhood in that game the scale is similar to TM, but the camera and the way the cars handle are of course Different.
I also like the physics in the Stuntman: Ignition game, those were tight.
Make the Physics like TM2, GTA, Stuntman:Ignition and it wouls be tits.
I don't know If those games are more realistic driving simulators or not, to each their own i suppose; but they are certainly more fun to play than any other race games i've dabbled with.
