Alright.

I have decided to put this poll in because things here are getting a little tense and some very well liked TMAers are going to be leaving soon. We need to have this taken care of. We need stricter laws against new posters and maybe even put them on a probation period and if they fail probation, they are gone. Now lets talk about Blair flu. Hes causing havoc on this site because if he get banned, he will just come back. We need him gone for good. IMO, the only way to do this is to NOT ALLOW anymore new posters at this site and to ban all blairs current accounts here. Then if someone WANTS to register, put them on posting limits and probation them. Let them contact one of the admins for a small "interview" and see what happens and I would suggest contacting via AOL. And then we would do an ip trace and see where you are. Any indication of it being blair and they will be gone

Any other suggestions? You can pick more than one option in the poll. I dont want to see good TMAers gone because of Blair, otherwise he wins.

Let's just require admin approval when newly registered. Probation may be less necessary as we already understand when someone posts if they're Blair or not.

they could do n00b moderation like on the old TMA.. ? I like the idea of doing an interview with a mod.. maybe on AIM or something like that. I'm sure alot of you old-skoolers have a Blair-dar and can pick him off pretty quickly
