By the way, my replies here have nothing at all to do with Magestorm, and Magestorm has plenty of drama as it is, so it's probably best you not play anyway.

And my "analogy" wasn't an analogy at all. It's to point out that since 11 million people have it/do it doesn't make it great. 11 million people rape, murder, and play Nintendo Wii also. For the record.

And the only thing I "tried" was humor, and I'm sure people other than you found that out fairly quickly. Lighten the fuck up.

I think the general point we're hovering around is that people, by and large, are stupid and have bad taste in things. One of those terrible things that stupid people like is WoW.

Oh snap.

Also, on a more on-topic subject, the characters and levels in TM3/4 are all awful. I would go on to say that those games aren't so much made up of good ideas executed badly, but rather bad ideas executed horrendously. When there is crossover between concepts in 3/4 and other TM games I would bet that it was just coincidence instead of Incog/ESP borrowing ideas from 989.

But those TM lego models are awesome.

I knew TM 3/4 were bad even when I was little. I wasnt as hardcore into games as I am now and I didnt really understand all the things that made those games shit at the time, I just knew they sucked. I cant even remember enough about them to debate the topic because I never played them long enough and Ive tried to burn them from my memory.

My hatred for 989 studios grew quite large even at a young age and I used go around randomly writing "989 SUCKZ" into all kinds of things. I knew I had found my home when I first discovered TMA in 02 and read how the site didnt support those games and hated them as much as me.

From what I remember of legos they were all pretty much yellows, reds, blues, and whites, with your occasional black bricks. God I miss legos. I always used to buy the "sets" build them, and then tear them apart and mix all the pieces together with the rest of the shit that I had.

You know because the sets always included those "specialty" pieces that you couldn't get elsewhere. And one could always make something really badass out of them.

I have fond memories of saying the night at my grandparents house and staying up really late (which when you're nine is like what ... 11:30) and building legos with my grandfather. Those were the days.
