OK Here's the scoop guys. NightShade left town for a few weeks and handed me the banhammer while he is gone. He also gave me the means or IP tracking. Well, unfortunately, NightShade came out and said, "His IP is from Kentucky", so Blair goes ahead and downloads programs to make his IP anonymous.

So it's all pretty evident (to me, anyway) that this is Blair, but NightShade made me tell him that I will be 100% positive that it's Blair before I pull the trigger, and 99% isn't 100%. So unfortunately, I have to play this one by the book for a little bit, anyway...but don't worry, we're talking about Blair here, and his whole life is nothing but a fuck up, and he'll slip here again like he did with Brontok soon enough.

EDIT - Also Nikki's "What HTML color is this, Blair?" had me almost spit soda all over my keyboard. Bad Nikki.

No offense to anyone, but this is fucking stupid. Its not like this is the real TMA so who gives a flying fuck. Just ban him already. Everyone knows its him. What more proof do you need? If it makes you feel any better there was a break in the case, but I won't tell you how he slipped up this time on the boards, so he can't try to fix it next time. I'm awaiting a PM I sent him to give "it" a last chance in explanation, if it's not suitable and doesn't fit, then he'll be gone.

The deal with the Mr. Nice Admin is just the belief that Mortimer, NightShade, and myself have that a lot of forums lose members due to leadership showing favoritism or using their powers however they see fit without 100% proof. Banning is similar to the death penalty for that IP (every IP he's logged in with, which is differnet everytime) Banning also disallows that IP to ever come back here, even if it's a different person months later. We just think if everyone went around banning everyone that the community would disappear. And yes, at this point it seems very obvious, which is why I (and NightShade also) have looked into this exact case every chance we get.

So it's only a matter of time, like always.
