In opposition to Grindhouse's topic, what music do you get tired of easily?

Well I'm going to say that I'm so sick of people who don't have a taste of variety when all they ever play is Nu-Metal bands. Mostly Disturbed. I was at a friend's house yesterday and all that they have played by that band, is Sickness, Ten Thousand Fists, and maybe Stupify.

I used to love Nu-Metal bands like Mudvayne, Disturbed, and Godsmack etc. Nowadays I'm just getting tired of it altogether. They just sing about the same topics over and over again. Whether it'd be about love, it'd be about what's going on in the world that we already know for the millionth time, or it'd be just about their problems and everyone else's problem. Just gets old in a hurry, and I'm just realizing this.

The other kind of music I'm tired of, is bands who have gone to shit. I'm talking Metallica, definitely. We already know how they went from good shit in the early 80s and to today's standards, just a watered down band. I've listened to Death Magnetic, and I'd have to say, mind as well call it quits.

- New rap talking about bling bling and look at mah grill and that bootay.

- I hate these teen "rock alternative" bands that make it big but their music sucks

- Britney spears, Rhianna, lady ga ga - BLAH BLAH BLAH

Yeah, that Lady BlahBlah shit is annoying. But i hate Linkin Park. They've only had a few songs that were good, and any song they release is boosted to #1, even if it isn't that good.

Any music really.

That whiny .... I don't even know what you call it ... shitty bands like Fallout Boy and fucking ... I don't even know any other examples because I hate that stuff but I'm sure you guys know the type of music I'm talking about. The ones where the male lead singer sounds like hes got his nuts in a vice.

Nickleback. I couldn't agree MORE with that statement. I loved there Silver Side Up CD, in fact I can still listen to that one from time to time. Everything past that is too generic and too overplayed on the radio.

Velvet Revolver. Yea I said it. Fuck Velvet Revolver. Any band that fucking has SLASH in it should have massive fucking 80's guitar solos and shit. Plus whoever there lead singer is (can't remember his name) sucks. Listen to that stupid "She builds quick machines" song and then try to tell me otherwise.

Any of these damn "new metal" bands that have the lead signer that sounds like the Cookie Monster. First off... you're not metal. Metal is Judas Priest. Metal is Iron Maiden. Metal is Megadeth. Metal is not d-tuned guitars and you going 'RAWR RAWR RAWR RAWR RAWR' for nine minutes. Shut the fuck up and go overdose on something.

Velvet Revolver sounds good on paper but they do in fact suck. And by the way the singer is Scott Weilan from Stone Temple Pilots and he DOES NOT SUCK! but he seems to has lost his touch ever since leaving STP.

Im also tired of every metal band having a barker as I call them cause thats what they sound like to me...just a dog barking. You cant understand them so I dont see the point in singing that way. It sucks because most times the bands are pretty good or decent enough but then the singer ruins it. Its gotten so hard to find a decent metal band these days that doesnt sound like everyone else and doesnt have a shit singer.

As Ive said before I dont listen to the radio or go anywhere where I will be subjected to torturous music but I hate 99 percent of the music out there and Im sick of almost all of it.
