IMO the hardest boss for me of all time - The Joker from the original Batman game for the nintendo. I know, call me crazy, but that game can be the most frustrating games ever even though I adored that game. Still havent beaten The Nightmare King in Little Nemo: Dream Master for nintendo either.

Games these days just arent that challenging like they used to be. Frustrating, maybe, but not fun hard.

Jason on Friday the 13th. Cheapest boss ever. Not only did you have to make it to him with a limited amount of kids (lives), but he killed each kid (life you had) whenever he stood next to you, which is pretty fucking often considering he's faster than you.

Probably the only game I've made it to the final boss and completely gave up on.

as far as something I'd like to see either be added on to or implimented..
I liked how in Resident Evil Outbreak, you were automatically infected via the airborne version of the virus (like how the lab techs originally got it). it'd be cool to see other REs do it, albeit, they'd have to go back to the Umbrella shit instead of the Las Plagas. I also liked how in Outbreak Online, if you got killed, you could come back as a zombie and try to kill your friends...

and a cheap-ass boss...
well he wasnt a boss, but Sagat from SF2 was a son of a bitch. always slingin the firewhips either low or high, so it was almost impossible to dodge, and he'd do it non-stop stil you were dead. the bets thing to do was get Ryu and do the fireballs to counter his whips and try to get in there and whoop-ass if possible. hell, he was harder to beat than M. Bison ever was..
I guess its just me, but Warhawk from Black is hard too.. depending on who I'm using. I cant tell you how many times I've used Junkyard Dog and got my ass whooped..
