What the hell is up with this guy I've 1v1'd countless top players and I can't hit this guy with any weapons not even homing weapons like what the hell is up with him? Is he like top 100? I really don't understand especially because I do decent against pros but this guy was different Idk if he sees this thread he'll probably get a hard on but I don't care I need answers

It just seemed like he constantly had a shield on or something it was so weird

He must have been on a killstreak. When you kill two cars without dying you will get your shields back. There's a blue shield called absorb shield. It cost more energy than a red shield so you can only do it once. If you shoot a freeze at someone using absorb shield not only will a stalker missile will be sent at you, the absorb shield user will get all of his energy back. In a unrank match a player can look like they always have a shield if their hiding and are not getting pressured. Some people would wait to get a shield before revealing themselves. Those are the three reasons on why someone may have more shields than you think.

1. Killstreak

2. Used absorb shield on a freeze

3. Hiding or camping and not being attacked

I don't think he reads this forum. At least not anymore. I know he read my Talon thread before or somebody told. I can't tell which.

he has been playing tmx for years and knows the dirty tricks. don't expect a fair fight, but he's not much better than any tmx vet or anything. i've seen his ass get kicked before.

which vehicle was he using though?

He was using axel on ghost town gulch

Never seen him use Axel but Axel's biggest strength is his high jumping ability. It provides him an evasion tactic that nobody else has (although Talon would have no issue against Axel at all). In Ghost Town Gulch Axel could jump over all the town buildings easily. Axel's shockwaves sucks but his crush special can do a lot of cumulative damage and if he gets on a mega-killstreak (w/ mega machine guns) Axel could become dominant.
