$250-$300

(I hope Jaffe and some other game designers read this post).

If a new TM were to come out and follow current industry trends, there probably would be a Super Deluxe Legendary Extra Twisted Edition that would cost that much.  ::)

Seriously though, if a spiritual successor to TM were to be crowdfunded and showed extreme promise, I would definitely toss at least a couple hundred dollars at it, and perhaps even more depending on what the pledge tiers and stretch goals were like.

I was talking about this to my fiancée the other day.

A ridiculous amount. I’d easily pay several hundred dollars for a new game, especially if it came with some neat benefits. Maybe not for a spiritual successor, because that just wouldn’t feel the same. However, I’d pay more for a HD remaster of a few games (mainly 1, 2 and Small Brawl, but I’d love if 4 was included). Five hundred for a complete PS1 anthology remaster. Now if we’re talking about Harbor City being completed (pipe dream) and released, I swear I’d pay a thousand dollars easily. Blow a chunk of savings on that. That game haunts me.

Depends what's in it.  I'd say 80 bucks is a good estimate, though.
