I should have bought this when I had the chance. But aw shucks, someone already claimed it. I would have liked to play some beta gameplay like in the 2000 trailer.

Well, if someone went out of their to purchase a demo disc of a 15 year old game, they must be a passionate fan of the series. Perhaps even residing in the TMA forums, I certainly hope that's the case.

ur welcome ;) let me know what differences u find on the demo disc and see if u can find anything beta related in the disc, id love to know any findings

I can afford it and was about to buy it but I don't want the responsibility of being the one person that has to make the inevitable thread noting every difference.

TMB's NTSC-U demo isn't based on pre-release code. It has nothing more in common with the 2000 TMB trailer than the retail version does.

In fact, the NTSC-U demo is 4 months newer than the retail NTSC-U version. It has more in common with PAL retail than NTSC-U retail.

I'm planning on doing that very soon :). It'll cover both the PAL and NTSC TMB demos' features/differences in extreme detail.

It was originally meant as a reply to this thread, but IMO what I've drafted up so far merits its own distinct thread.

I bought the disc after it went up for the sale again. Unless, it was a different demo disc entirely.
