A little gamer ego isn't bad. It promotes competitive gaming and makes things a little more interesting socially. But some people literally have some kind of psychosis going on. They really think nobody here is on their level.

First off being overly proud of your gaming achievments is just silly. Unless you are competeing in real tournaments or something. You are simply pumping up your own ego. It's sad that some people just HAVE to be the king of their chosen hobby.

There are always members that think they are the "biggest gamer" for so many poor reasons.

1. Owning every console. You can't be a hardcore gamer without owning at least one console. But owning all 3 of the current generation consoles? That means you have more disposable income. Not that you are a greater gamer.

2. Having a high ammount of achievments. Even though said players max out terrible/childrens games like Kung Fu Panada and NBA 2005 to boost their scores with easy achievments. Like a real gamer would waste time playing that garbage.

3. Playing more than anyone else. Congratulations, you have more free time than other people.

4. Claiming you are going to dominate at a videogame that has not even been released yet. Making claims about your skill level based on watching videos.

5. Bashing on nothing but AI and claiming you are a skilled player.

6. Calling a game cheap because you skills are only average.

7. Bashing a console because it's simply not your favorite.

8. Complaining about lag only when you are at a disadvantage. Never complaining when it naturally occurs and you don't fail because of it. Prime example would be the host advantage in Gears of War.

9. Rage quitting before a game is over because a player is dominating you and you don't have the skill to beat them.  (try finishing people with X-ray attacks in MK online, they'll disconnect before the animation finishes)



So many more examples. So fucking annoying.

The fact that Nintendo can come up with all this new hardware like the 3DS and Wii U but can't make a new Starfox game that's not a remake.

Nintendo's reign is officially over now. They struck gold with the Wii and the DS but the gold rush done with and dried up. Its going to be all downhill from here. I love how Nintendo's stock dropped after their conference the other day.

I think casual consumers were confused and put off by what they saw from the Wii U. It definitely wasn't the proper way to show off a new console. They can't gimmick their way into another console cycle, not to mention, most casual gamers just bought Wii or DSwhatever even in the last year or two so they will see no reason to buy yet another Nintendo console when they don't even know what it is and it will likely retail for much more than the Wii did at launch. They need more hardcore games that aren't a port of 360 and PS3 games. I think people are starting to get tired of the Mario spam when their other titles like Metroid Other M failed hard.

Nintendo needs some NEW franchises just like Microsoft, only on a whole new level. I think they have banked on Mario, Donkey Kong, Metroid, or whatever other tired franchise for FAR to long. If you want to keep that stuff, fine, but ADD stuff. Add hardcore games or more mature games that are exclusive to the brand. I'm sorry, but I've outgrown Mario and all the other shit long ago.

Not to mention, they never really innovate these properties or make any leaps as far as gameplay and graphics like most people would expect. I think I could totally play a new Mario game if it felt truly new. They just take baby steps with each new iteration of a franchise, changing almost nothing just slightly updated the graphics. Maybe with a more powerful console now, they might try this because the "real" gaming landscape left them behind 10 years ago.

The fact that the Wii features the remote and nunchuck by default, makes it harder to design a widely appealing game. Either you have a game that is very well designed for those 3D controllers, but it simply doesn't appeal to the gamer who hates that motion sensor sort of gameplay (like me!), or you have a game which is well-designed from an objective point of view, but needs an ordinary controller to get the most out of it, and not everyone has invested in alternative controllers (I haven't, myself).

To me, it seems that Nintendo typically aims for the first scenario and therefore suffers from its inherent problems. And you can't really blame them- the remote and nunchuck is the Wii's "thing".

I prefer how their competitors did it: IF you want that sort of motion-sensing gaming experience, then invest in a separate controller and add-on for your console. Otherwise, it's business as usual.

I only bought my Wii for games like Zelda, Mario and Mario Kart, so I didn't really lose out. Especially since it's backward compatible for Gamecube games, so I could always get old Gamecube games (with a Gamecube controller) and enjoy that. But other people who didn't get their Wii for specific titles as I did, would probably be disappointed to see better games being released on the other consoles.

Zelda has always been the best Nintendo game for me, not really Mario, especially the newer titles. It can appeal to both young and mature gamers, which isn't something that Mario has done as well. If Nintendo really wanted to make a statement, I'd say that Zelda would be a good way to go.

A kickass Zelda title could potentially cause me to invest in a new Nintendo console, just for that.

as far as the Wii goes, my experience is limited bc.. well.. I lose interest while playing the damn thing. I dont even own one, yet I'm bored of it already. Mario Party is probably the most fun I've had on it, and that's only with multiple ppl, obviously. the two RE games are flacid and boring, which is a horrible disappointment bc I thought it'd be something new and innovative. NOPE. but the two House of the Dead games I bought for my kid for X-Mas.. pure enjoyment. in the end, I'm not planning on getting a Wii.. but the gf is, and both kids seem excited for it, so I can't really argue

The name of the new Wii system. "U" and "2" both sound the same and have the same number of syllables (which is one), so why not just call it Wii 2? Where the hell does the "U" come from?? It's annoying to begin a game and have literally a hundred characters to choose from. I don't know if many will agree with me on this, but that's just ridiculous to me.

If they're all different and unique, then fine, it's good... but still means there'll be the frustration of having to try them all out before choosing a favourite.

If there are a hundred different characters whose only real differences lie in their appearances, it's going to be doubly frustrating because you're likely to still need to try them all out before you realize it.

If you look at the cost of the actual hardware compared to the controlers the Wii is still cheaper than the PS3 or 360. Especially at launch. Keeping in mind with each console you would only need a max of 3 controllers since each console came with one.

At the Wii's launch it was $259.99. Wii Motes were $40.00, Nunchucks were $20.00

During that time Premium 360's were $349.99. Controlers being $50 for the wireless, $70 for Wireless with Recharable batttery, and $40 for Wired. $19 bucks for additional headsets. Add an extra $19 bucks if you want rechargable battery kit for the controler your console came with.

PS3's were $599 and the controlers if i remember corrrectly were 70.00. With Blue Tooth headsets going for $39.99, but i don't believe the consle came with one.




Now Wii's are $149.99. 360's are $249.99. and PS3's are $299.99.

I believe the PS3 controlers have gone down a little. I see Six Axis controlers on sale for $51.99. and Duel Shock 3 controlers for $31.99.

360 and Wii controlers are still the same price. Except the 360 wireless is less expensive but has been replaced with what is essnetially a better design at the same old price. So we'll just count that as the "premium" controler"

$230 for the Wii with a full set of controlers (320 if you got 4 classic controlers too). Wii motion + seems to be in the controlers at this point so i'm not going to count that as a price factor.

$370 for a 360 with a full set of wired controllers. 740 if you got all wireless, rechargable, with headsets. 890 if you also got a Kinect.

$420 for a PS3 with 3 Duel Shock controlers, 450 if you are getting Six Axis. 610 if you are getting blue tooth headsets for each of them. 830 if you also got Move controlers.

Also once you buy a Gameboy, a Gameboy Advance, or a Nintendo DS. That's all. There is nothing more to buy besides games.

So even if you bought a Wii with a full set of controlers and just played Wii Sports. You would spend about 20 bucks more than you would on a single PS3 with no games.

Also games are typically $10 cheaper on the Wii

That's why the Wii beat the shit out of the 360 and PS3. Parents calculate that shit out the minute they see the pricetags.





Oh and the real screw job?

The raw cost of a Wiimote is about 7 bucks

The raw cost of a Nunchuck is about 4 bucks

The raw cost of a Six Axis is about 12 bucks.

The raw cost of a 360 controler is about 7 bucks

I also bet the raw cost of a Playstation Move system is a hellova lot less than the 250 you would spend on a Move set and 3 remotes.

Kinect might actually sell for a loss. I don't know how expensive all the technology used in that one could really be. IR cameras and shit dont sound as cheap as an analog stick. But it wouldn't shock me if it only cost them around 40 or 50 bucks to build one of those things.

The prices of the controlers would not be such a huge deal if they went down in cost as the consoles did. But they don't and they become just as cheap if not more cheap to produce than the consoles.

@Hellbent, true and I should note that of the 3 consoles, the Wii was actually the first that I'd bought myself. I didn't bother with anything X-box because there isn't any X-box exclusive that I am interested in, and I got the PS3 a little while after the Wii when prices fell a bit.

I don't regret getting my Wii actually. For the reasons I got it, I haven't been disappointed. And even though I said that it could be expensive cumulatively, it doesn't apply to me as much because I don't have a lot of local multiplayer, and not all of the games I wanted required a special accessory.

If you keep more than one video open it can do that. Usually a memory issue.

Nah, the one I was referring to was a case of the video clip itself that was uploaded had been prematurely cut by the uploader.

Actually, the damn advertisements they force you to watch on some videos. I know that they got to make their money but shit man, it can get rediculous at times.

Other websites have followed suit with that too. Some worse than others.

I don't mind em so much. The commercials longer than 30 or 15 seconds let you skip them.

I'd rather the advertisment be before the video then for the entire website to be drowning in flash advertisments. Raping my CPU to the point that all i can do is watch that single webpage. Or else internet explorer can't keep up and it'll choke untill i unzoom it.

It's not even like my computer is all that slow. I can run Gears of War on it and it runs far better than it does on the 360. Same for Crysis 2.

Lets face it though. They dont HAVE to have those ads there. They are reaching for low hanging fruit and cashing in on paid advertisment. What they should so is offer a premium youtube service.

You know. Premium servers so that 1080P video can buffer without the video pausing. No ads before videos. Perhaps some other enhanced services.

I find it hard to complain about Youtube though. What an awesome website right? I mean i can upload videos over 4 hours long and up to 20gb in size. They don't even charge me for it! It's pretty sweet that they can host all that 1080P HD video for me for free. As well as allowing me to embed it onto any webpage i want. What an awesome website Youtube is.

You know what? They deserve that money. The ads only play infront of certain videos anyways. It may be more the fault of the person who owns the video than it is Youtubes. As they offer certain promotional shits for your videos. It may have something to do with the video poster trying to promote or somehow make money off their own video.

I love that i can upload full 720P playthroughs of Killing Floor and C&C Generals. I absolutely love recording my self playing through a game. So great to rewind and watch those bad ass "holy shit that was like an action movie" moments. Or the "Holy shit you literally killed every single player in less than 2 minutes with the weak grenade launcher and took all of their weapons!". Good times.

Damn man. Now i want to run some UT2004 and record that. That game had the most epic multiplayer ever. Even the console port wasnt bad with the exceptions of the complete lack of vehicle and vehicle based modes.

I hate that one idiot who is driving 20 kmph below the speed limit, and keeping back traffic a whole town away on the highway.

Ah, sorry been away from home, so now seeing this! Yeah, I meant kilometres per hour. lol We use the metric system, but we used to use the imperial system about 50 years ago, so sometimes you see a bit of both as a result of that.

I think km/h is actually the correct thing technically (both km and h are the standard symbols for kilometre and hour, respectively in the metric system), but different cars have different things sometimes. Mine personally has kmph.

The problem is the guy I worked for had been working there forever and had dedicated his life to this shitty job and he expected everyone else to as well.

I can agree with all of this.. aside from ppl in Philly knowing how to drive. no they don't. I've been there enough and seen enough shitty drivers there. also, the on-ramps.. I remember, back in high school there were recycling cans right next to every garbage can. Some kid was about to throw his Pepsi bottle in the garbage, and I called out and pointed to the recycling bin next to him. He then proceeded to throw the Pepsi bottle away, and put his hamburger wrapper in the recycling bin. Man, that guy was SO cool.

It costs fuel to recycle. So technically recycling is bad compared to simple conservation. It's better to use things instead of throwing them out in the first place. Or not using them at all. That is the only form of "recycling" that doesn't still have a negative effect on the environment.

Like updrading your cellphone, not purchasing fast food, filtering your own water instead of buying bottles, not driving your car unless you really need to (ride a bike once in awhile), Not leaving any electronics on when they are not in use, and limiting your overall purchase of individually wrapped and sealed products.

Oh, of course, if you can avoid making more garbage that's always the best solution. If you're going to drink from a can or bottle, you might as well recycle though.

Exactly. Lately, I've been wanting to slide this thing open and snap it in half, and not just because of the lousy auto dictionary. The unlock slide freezes, the cursor jumps all over the text boxes or it'll disappear altogether, pages will scroll up and down on their own.. and the sad part is that I've been pretty careful with this thing. "Alright" and "alot" don't belong in the same analogy. "Alot" is just never correct, grammatically, while there's at least an argument for "alright" and two schools of thought.

I like the use of alot. Even though it's incorrect. As far as most English shortcuts go it actually makes the most sense.

For instance the word Laser. You don't say it Lay Sir. You say Lay Zer. So it should be spelled Lazer. It just makes more sense regardless of what is proper. Isn't that the point of language? To convey the most detail possible with the least amount of letters and words needed? If anything making words shorter and easier to type without compromising the words is a benefit to the English language

As I stated, it is best to approach said situation delicately.  It all lies in the application of tone.  Patronizing, indignant or snide tones are obviously more likely to ignite same from the opposite end.  Cooly and politely interrupting a person (often aided by body language:  a graceful, sincere raising of the finger as if to request a moment to interject, for instance) is an art form.

People who openly ignore common courtesies under the guise of "not caring what people think".

As for CGI in videos, how about the huge emphasis on graphics in movies on the whole? I don't mind a good looking film, don't get me wrong- just don't sacrifice the plot, character development and myriad other important issues in filmmaking, just so you can have a graphically appealing movie. It's probably the DUMBEST trend I can think of at the moment for all of these new movies to do precisely that.

The Thing is a perfect example on how a movie would have been ruined by CG effects. If that movie had CG graphics at any point in time in the history of CG. The movie would suffer and the special effects would not look nearly as realistic as the stop motion and bloody latex puppets.








Personally i hate it when my friends are nosy. It just makes it to where i must lie to them in general conversation.

For instance i'm playing X-box with mt buddies and they ask me "How are things going with you? We haven't spoke for awhile". If i tell that person the truth. When Strychnine was here the first thing she did was start cleaning. While she criticized me for things being really dusty and the closet being a huge piled up mess. She prevented me from helping her clean because "This is your mess but it's bothering me. Sit down and relax and will take care of this." I appreciated that. That was a really cool way for her to handle that.

How often does a friend just help you with a problem? Almost every other friend I've had besides her simply complains/insults me. She does the right thing. She fixes my problem her self and tells me to relax. Since then the area she cleaned has been kept in good shape. Since i'm a bit more inspired to keep that kind of thing in order since i know it makes her happy. Even though i could personally care less about my closet.

If I remember correctly, Citroen was the first manufacturer to make the steering actuated headlamps. To take that one step further, on the same vehicle they had actuate the headlamps horizontally with the steering, I'm pretty sure they had a vertical adjustment which was controlled by suspension input as well.. so asia fail on that one.  Who knew the French would be #1 in anything?

A friend and I tested this theory on the way home from vacation the other day, and what we'd concluded was that it was a matter of tunnel vision and/or Freudian fixation.  This same guy passed us about 5 times just to slow down, and I sincerely doubt this stupid fuck was intelligent enough to be trolling.  He just HAD to be in front of us.  Nobody should have to disable cruise control because of somebody who has decidedly overtaken them on the highway.

What's wrong with Gran Turismo? It's one of my favourite games. I'm not exclusive to just GT as far as racing goes, I just don't understand the hate.

I think it's because GT5 disappointed a lot of people who waited all these years for it, and it wasn't up to snuff. That and Forza seems like the better sim this time around.

Yeah, I remember reading the bit about "premium cars" and then the regular ones, and thinking what a crock of shit that was. I didn't even know they ditched the cockpit view for a lot of them, either. This game sounds worse and worse the more I read about it. I don't mind the random cars though, like the ones from the 1900s with the crank sticking out of the radiator grille, or something as lame as a Prius. It adds variety. What annoys me are the numerous versions of the same damn car. Like in GT4.. go to Nissan, then count how many variations there are of the Silvia. And I don't mean like the different chassis' like the S13, S14, etc. I mean the different trims for the same exact car. You can buy the Silvia S15 K, the Q, and the base. Why would anyone bother with the base (shit motor),  or the Q (non-turbo SR20). Everyone is gonna go straight for the Silvia K (SR20DET) and cut out the bullshit.

On-topic here, fleas. My gf's cat has fleas and now we have to spray the fucking carpets down with Home Defense. Not how I wanted to spend my Saturday after working almost 60 hours this past week.

Don't forget GT PSP. That game was one of the reasons i bought a PSP. I figured "Oh shit. That is going to be one clean looking, fresh, state of the art racing game.". But the actual product is more like a weak PS2 port.

The reason that makes me angry is because considering how the earlier GT games looked. You would expect the series to advance visually. GT on the PSP is not even as fun as Midnight Club and it hardly looks as good.

When i saw GT5 in motion the first time i was like "Yikes that is an early build. For a company with such a good track record, it must mean they are working hard on the driving physics.". But overall it just looks weak. Like they didn't try.

What is it with Japan lately and all the crappy products they are shitting out? They used to be known for constant and awesome quality. Now Japanese Gaming companies are going down the toilet faster than a lead turd.








Oh and fuck fleas. I have bad issues with Fleas. I will spray my self with cancerous poisons before i sleep in a room full of those fuckers.

After the whole ordeal with GT5, I'm iffy regarding the next one. If the next one is horrible, then I'm most likely done.

I bought a PSP also for that as well. What pissed me off the most is that I lost my PSP some couple of years back, and about a week or so later, they announce GT PSP.

Going to sleep at a decent hour like 12-1am and getting up early for a change. In all my years (as in the past 8 plus years) I've stayed up way past acceptable/normal hours and slept in and gotten up later on in the day. Most of this was due to job schedules, alcohol and drug use, but lately for the first time in many years I'm actually on a normal daily cycle.

I sort of don't like this because for one, its out of the norm for me personally. I've always stayed up to absurd hours like 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in the morning playing games or just doing whatever. Now, I feel "better" in a way being on a sleep schedule that coincides with society, but it just feels wrong to me.

I feel tired or sluggish most of the day a lot of times and want to take a nap almost every day now at some point. Most times I don't nap because it feels like a waste of what little waking time I do have, but I have to fight the urge to sleep. I have almost no motivation to do anything worthwhile or "fun" that I would normally do.

I always felt like the night owl mode was more "me" and it fit with my personality. It felt great sleeping in and waking up when I wanted. I also seem to sleep less because of this. 6 hours seems like all I can handle most days. My awareness and creativity were always at full capacity. Now I just feel like I'm conforming in a way and I don't know why. When I wake up early I just feel lazy throughout the day and don't really want to do anything productive when I'm not working and forced to.

I don't really live a lifestyle where I'm missing out on anything by having this sleep schedule, but it always sucks being tired when more interesting things are going on. I'm becoming a square like SynthR.

Xiz - How long have you been on the new "schedule" for?  It took me a while to get used to having a different job and sleep schedule as well, but now that I've been doing it for over a year, my body and mind is back at tip top shape as it was when I was used to my previous schedule.  Right now during my "School time schedule", I go to sleep around 1AM, get up at 8AM, work at 9AM.  When summer rolls around, like now, I have to get used to going to bed around 11PM, get up at 6AM and work at 7AM.  This at first sucked because I wanted to stay up later since it was nicer out in the summer, but getting out at 3PM instead of 6PM was nice too.  

All it comes down to, is getting a good rhythm down and getting used to keeping it up.  It'll get easier the longer you do it.

I usually net 4-5 hours of sleep a night. I go to bed around 1 or 2am, get up at 6am, work from 7-3:30 and do it all again. I've just always ran on limited sleep though, so I guess my body is used to it. Even my sister made a comment about me being a machine because of how little I sleep. The weekends on the other hand.. I do about 10 hours on Saturday and Sunday, and it irks me to no end, because really, I hate sleeping. I feel like it's a waste of time when I could be doing something.. anything.. with my life.

I guess I've been slowly falling into this new schedule for about 4 months now. It isn't all bad I suppose, especially since my girlfriend is pretty much on the same work/sleep schedule most days. Its always a pain when you and a girlfriend are on different schedules, but I do hate feeling tired about 4-6 o'clock most days and knowing that if I stay still or lay down there is a good chance I might crash.

I just hate going out with people or hanging with my girlfriend and were having a good time and I get tired and want to sleep when I would much prefer to stay up and enjoy the moment. Especially when I have a good buzz going. As it is right now, 4 to 6 beers, a round or two of sex and I'm ready to fall asleep by midnight. Alphas stay up to drink all night until they can't walk anymore and fuck all night until she can't walk anymore. I'm not feeling very alpha.

On the weekends, I've been getting like that. I'll go to bed around 3 or 4am on a Friday night, sleep til 2pm Saturday, then wanna fall back asleep an hour later. I'm to the point where I wanna go to the doctor and see if something is wrong with me.

Get a night job. Then she'll have to put up with your night owl schedule.

This is funny to me because about two weeks ago I had one of my regular TMA dreams (yes, I dream about hanging out with people from TMA) and in this particular dream Nina was hanging out with us and me and Hellbent convinced her to take her pants off. We were shocked when we found out she was packing a huge sausage down there. She was immediately kicked out of the party and banned from TMA.

That is part of the fun of Brawl though. Sometimes the drama is over the top, but it has become immensely fun trolling Hellbent the last week. Most of my comments were meant to rile him up but it is funny watching everyone jump on the bash wagon. He deserves it anyways for being such a fuck ass lately.

We already did Regular Show and Family guy back in the mid 90's with The Simpsons, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Beavis & Butthead, and Liquid Television.

Just in case the point goes over your head. Some of the people working on Regular Show worked on those older cartoons. Regular Show was part of a program by Cartoon Network where cartoon studios submitted pilots and they chose one out of about 12 to become an actual show. Regular Show was the winner.

The last time Cartoon Network did that it spawned Johnny Bravo, Powerpuff Girls, Dexters Lab, and a couple of other cartoons that no one would probably remember like Sheep in the big city.




Benson and Mordicai were in another short before the regular show pilot that was submitted to cartoon network. But i haven't seen that one yet. Something to do with them being on LSD so i imagine you won't see it on cartoon network.

Seriously if you have not seen Liquid Television or Cartoon Sushi. Then you just don't know. It was Adult Swim in 1993. Cable was still kind of new. Much of the work was independent or done for college so the art and humor was extremely raw and creative.

Some of the writers for Beavis & Butthead went on to write for The Simpsons and nearly every other cartoon that the Fox network released. They also have shared Line Producers among other important people who help sculpt the cartoons into what they ultimately are.

Mike Judge has worked on tons of different projects but under different names. You can look that shit up on his wikipedia i think. My favorite was Ultra City 6060 on Cartoon Sushi.

You literally can't get the original Beavis & Butthead episodes. You have to pirate them from peoples VHS collections for many censorship issues. The worst one being Beavis and Fire references being removed after that child 7 year old burnt his house down killing him self and his baby sister. The family had no cable TV but they blamed Beavis & Butthead for inspiring them so MTV removed all fire references from the show.

That is why it was such a big deal when Beavis was breathing fire in the intro to Beavis & Butthead Do America. I hope with the new show they are allowed to do the fire references again.

They would joke in the show about it in hillarious ways. Beavis would say shit like "WATER! WATER rAAAAH!" when looking at water violently splashing against rocks off a cliff. or "Frier! Frier!" or in one music video "Candle.... candle... yeah.".

I have most of the uncut episodes but there are a few scenes that have eluded the collectors. You only ever really find the missing content on someones old dusty VHS.

American Dad (i like this one better than Family Guy. It's much more violent and dark)

as well as tons of other good shows that did not last more than one season. I'm trying to only include shit that at least made it to a second season.

The thing is technology has improved so many of these current shows look amazing. Drawn Together for instance is amazingly clean and stable for so much character variation.

The stuff in the early/mid 90's was an interesting mix of traditional and new. There was digital art, hand drawn art, stop motion art... All sorts of shit going around at the time. It was cool because you got to see all types of animation and all type of humor.

Now that technology has made it easier for independent artists to get their shows out, and since the success of South Park. Shows are much more lazy these days. Though i am surprised to see Viacom coming out with both barrels with Futurama and Ugly Americans airing on Comedy Central. They are actually hiring good animation studios to do real animated shows.

I'm not really ragging on shows these days for just looking bad. The humor in shows like Duckman is still unsurpassed. Though Drawn Together makes me laugh every episode. Duckman has moments that always make me laugh every single time i see them.

Also Liquid Televison and Cartoon Sushi were just fucking awesome. I really wish they had continued doing those shows. The huge mash up of all types of animation was seriously cool.

Think of Rejected. Liquid Television and Cartoon Sushi were like huge long strings of cartoons like Rejected. Using a wide variety of animation styles. Entirely unpredictable.

Are the netflix episodes edited?

Any B&B episode that isn't recorded off a VHS in the mid 90's is edited or is completely removed from the series. Particularly every episode before the lawsuit which i believe was in 1996. About 1/3rd of the series due to the lawsuit. and another third of it due to general censorship from MTV standards and practices.

I can hook you up with all the episodes but it's about 13gb i think. But it has literally everything that is known to have been recorded. Including lots of extras, promos, and special appearances by B&B during the MTV music awards and on SNL's TV Funhouse.

I also have every Space Ghost Coast to Coast episode (many of them aren't released on DVD or aired because of legal reasons). As well as all the MST3K episodes including the ones that aired on public brodcast. Every single damn episode.

Well, sometimes that just happens due to the fact that the meat hasn't "set".  The medium-well steak just has to sit there and re-absorb the blood+marinade in order to maintain its juiciness whilst still being past the "medium-rare" point.

On Final Fantasy. I did buy that FF4 game on the PSP. It's pretty good. But i think that is mainly because it's one of the older titles. I miss when RPG's would play like Chrono Trigger and FF4. FF7 had really perfected that older style.

I think Square Enix is much like Capcom, in that they are losing touch with their core audience while trying to advance their games technologically.

In the 80's and 90's i always imagined the Japanese gaming companies being bigger. Now Japanese games tend to focus more around character and story. Which is fucking awful because pretty much everything Japanese has been stereotyped into a corner. It has the saturday morning cartoon syndrome to where things are either entirely predictable or overly complex in stupid ways.

So now that the major japanese gaming companies lost their talents. We have Mass Effect and The Elder Scrolls. Actually i'm pretty happy with that. Oblivion is still fucking massive compared to anything Square has ever made.

Also Blizzard finally got off their asses and are putting lots of time and work into Diablo 3.

Man fuck new japanese games. I wonder what the fuck happened? The more i think about it the more i'm confused by it all. It's like when 3D Realms started cleaning house they all moved to Japan and got jobs at Sega.

Concerning the awards, Magnum spoiled us by being prompt and regular, but it's not a rule that it has to be done within a particular time frame. It's perfectly fine if the person doing them couldn't at a particular point because something more important in real life happened to arise, and it's even more understandable if it's postponed simply because the walls are dead.

Yes, BOTW has been boring as shit lately, and yes, I imagine Dead Island is fun. But when I joined TMA, Magnum was doing awards every Sunday. I don't know how the man pulled it off. Also at the Walmart in my area they have plenty of small and medium sizes. Like real smalls. Small enough that they fit my teenie chineese GIRLFRIEND.

Once i had problems finding the pants i like in my size because the only ones they had in the style i wanted were in a 30 waist 42 length. Being 6'4 and lean at 230 pounds does make shopping for clothing a bit difficult.

Nah you can pretty much do anything you want to it as long as it looks like an accident. Walmart is bad ass on returns. You can take a sealed game from Best Buy to Walmart without any receipt and "return" it for credit if you wanted to.

Besides if the bike falls apart and you get hurt. They put it together. So it's basically like winning the physical injury lottery in that circumstance. Too bad it wasn't their fault or i could go out and buy some swanky ass 2,000 mountain bike.

Agreed 110%. I see my friends who make a substantial bit more money than me, and its like, "why the fuck can't I do that?". I even have friends who do the same thing I'm doing and make a few bucks an hour more, and I can't help but WTF.. I dunno, it just sucks most of the time. I hate living in a shitty neighborhood where I have to own a gun to feel secure. And it'd be fucking nice if I could go out and get something better to drive. I love my Cavi and all.. I'd never dream of getting rid of it, but I would love to have a nice Audi or BMW in the driveway. And not even a new one, just something.. Just learn the math, play the odds and grind it out until you're comfortable making moves against your opponents.  If you play the game mathematically FIRST, there's no way you can suck at it.  Some people learn the game viscerally before they get the math, but it's easier just to have an intellectual conception of the game to give the psychological aspects of it some real context.  You can be profitable just by running the math, you CANNOT be profitable simply by playing on mere instinct.  Any poker player who even thinks of telling you otherwise is lying to keep you in the game, or to get you in the game.

Though, a long time ago, I did happen to borrow my mother's Lincoln Town Car for a road trip and, well, that was probably the smoothest, most comfortable ride I have ever felt.  That said, when I am driving one of those super-luxurious, smooth-as-a-baby's-ass cars, I am in fear of the fact that I have no feedback from the road---that's just dangerous to me.  To its credit, however, I must say that I will always be impressed by the way it---and these types of cars in general---handle such beastly V8's with taste and elegance; you feel that power, but it's as if it may as well be under the hood of a cloud or a magic carpet.  Extensive measures are in place to make one as comfortable as possible throughout the ride, and I find that life-threatening when considered alongside the fact that physical comfort tends to put the mind at ease when, really, you should be fearing for your life when you're on the road---I cover every square foot as though my life depends on it...because it fucking does.

In the end, they're not so much for me because, well, I don't look at driving as a chore which needs to be daintily treated and prettied up in order to make the experience more palatable.

Well, I wish we had more drivers like you in this area because most of the people here don't pay attention to shit. You have old people who just doddle along oblivious to what's around them, you have teenage girls who spend more time looking at their phones than the road.. it's retarded. I watched a video on Youtube where a guy was following a car that was swerving, and I mean completely into the other lane.. then jumping back over when a car would have to honk.. he clipped the guard rail more than once. It finally ended with him sideswiping a car, then blitzing the next one head on. Everyone thought he was drunk; he was fucking texting. But I understand what you mean about those bigger luxury cars who seem to just float down the road, and I perfectly understand what you mean about needing feedback from the road. I have full road course suspension under my Cavalier, and I absolutely love it because I can feel everything around me. But yes, even I would like something a little more subtle every now and again. But BMW, Audi, Volkswagen... while they supply a comfy ride, they don't sacrifice the important things like you mentioned. They still sport tight steering, and responsive suspension components. Not to be a prick, but those cars are a huge leap from your mom's Lincoln Town Car.
